Poor customer service, took forever to get hold to someone, the lady was in a rush and didnt pay attention for my request. Rang straight away to book for a service and no available schedule for a week. Very inconvenient as we didn't have any choice but to wait, had to threw most of our food in our refrigerator as it gone off waiting for the service.

Bought a dishwasher and it died after 3 1/2 years of very light use. They came out and fixed it, but charged me a lot for the fault that they need to cover under NZ law.

Excellent service. Friendly guy. Appreciated text to say he was on his way. Came within allocated time. Fixed oven door quickly.

Complete waste of time. Have been waiting 1 month for parts to repair dishwasher. Call F&P Customer Service, on hold for an hour, they decided they can’t give me an answer so fobbed me off with a “ we’ll ring you back” and guess what? No call back! No one else to escalate issue to, just “you’ll have to wait”. Pathetic!

New Fridge was delivered by F&P which had a manufacturing fault and unknown to us and the many F&P service guys that came out to fix the fault, it was leaking water out the rear.after 6 months and the fridge falling through the floor resulting from the water pouring out they replaced it with a "loaner fridge". Nearly nearly 12 months on we still have not had our fridge replaced, or had reimbursement for the $1700 it cost me to repair the floor and sub floor that the fridge damaged. See you in court F&P!

Really disappointing and extremely poor customer service. Was having new F&P fullsize dishwasher installed to replace Dishdrawer. My question was "are the hose sizes the same"? Real simple as I needed to perhaps organise a builder to make a bigger hole to pass them through. After being sent to four agents (inc.technical staff), not one had a clue about their own product. Not one could answer this simple question. When I complained, the last rep told me to "just listen! ", whilst she told me about a drainage connection which no-one was asking about. Friggin cheek to speak to a customer (anyone) like that. Phoned Noel Leeming who answered the question in one second - they know more about F&P than their own incompetent staff do. Very Poor and Rude F&P. Sort it!

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life from any company. Long HOURS waiting on phone and no reply to emails. Products always faulty somewhere on them. Servic people make you wait around for a 5 hour window like we have nothing to do all day but wait for them to arrive!

Cant even give 0 star for the appalling (non) service. After over 4 weeks of trying to get my washing machine fixed - a simple hose replacement - several hours taken off work resulting in my company losing revenue, inaccuarate communications, no explanations from F&P for the failure of the sericeman to even turn up, (despite being 3 mins away on the gps), I finally rang appliance repairs on a fri afternoon and by 1130 monday it was fixed.

Terrible.dont even know their own parts for the machines.sent out wrong O rings.never return calls etc.weird as yo would think it would be better than this.

Horrendous customer service! Who has a 5 hour window to sit around and wait for the service man to come? ! Get stuffed, I'll go somewhere else and pay my hard-earned money to a true NZ company that cares about their customers. Wouldn't have even given you 1 star if it would've let me!
