Ravi and his Team at Flooring Direct did a splendid job, the service was impeccable, the carpet of a high quality and the whole process was seamless and completed well-before the time frame. We particularly loved the attention to detail on our flooring needs and the range of products available. The showroom was very visible and accessible for us; and the range of products on display made our choices easy. Ravi has a great amount of product knowledge and was very accommodating towards our timelines and wishes. We will definitely use him on our next project. A fab experience overall.

Flooring Direct has done an amazing job in our commercial properties with carpet tiles in an office and another project with engineered timber for an artistic studio, very helpful and professional, nothing is an issue plus cleaned up afterwards and delivered great results-

New owner was very helpful in supplying a terminate piece of lino which in the end I did not need. No problem he said.
I have dealt with this branch over the years and have always had good caring service from their staff. Sue, who has been there for years, I think 17, follows up everything. I recommend this store.

Terrible service. Paid extra for better underlay now having had to lift the carpet found we had the cheapest underlay. I did suspect this as we had just recarpeted our old house and though it was done for selling purposes the new house is no where near as luxurious to walk on due to the rip off underlay. Would never recommend these prove.

Purchased few flooring from Flooring Direct after insurance claim on our water damaged floors. Was sold a product that was recommended, shortly after joints started separating, now bowing across the entire living room, splintered floor boards, joints coming undone, have tried for past 6 months to get a rep out to look at the damage under warranty. No luck, delayed responses, now saying apparently company changed hands and new owners now saying not liable for this existing 10 year warranty less than two years into it. Worst customer service over this issue that will probably now end up in claims court. We'll never buy from them again and make our insurance company aware of the problems faced from a 'preferred' provider.

We have recently completed flooring installation by Flooring Direct. Garima and the team have done an awesome job through out the process. Communication was good, each steps we have been properly informed which have made it easy for us to organize time. Installation went smoothly, no issue at all, the guys have been very friendly and helpful as well. We love the new flooring! We are glad with the decision to choosing Flooring Direct. A+ Highly recommended!

Terrible workmanship. After several attempts to rectify things they seemed to lose interest and we never heard from them again. Avoid. And despite the owner's response, no I do not have the wrong supplier, they supplied vinyl to my business and did a rotten job.

Worst experience ever!

I have to say good pre sales to make sure that order is processed and once it was placed, customer service is awful.

After installation, I provided my feedback via email and had assurance that they will improve. Then I had workmanship issue and had layer come back twice to fix. No efforts put through by Business and they kind of have attitude that customer should contact their contractor (and chase up) who had done the install. (I didn't paid your contractor for Carpet and installation, I have paid flooring direct so it should be their responsibility to organize that). Again found carpet coming off in corners third time, sent an email on 10th March, 2021 with no response till now. Chased up on their reception then had a call from Carpet layer and had excuses to come. It has been over a month till I called up Garima and finally had layer came yesterday to fix the issue. Quite amazed to see than no call from business to confirm or apologies for delay.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company or their services.

Garima kept us informed about what was going on until the carpet was installed, and the boys were fantastic, always friendly and professional, making sure the carpet was installed perfectly.

Worst experience ever! They don't pick the phone doesn't callback on texting either. We paid for a laminated flooring box few months back and since then we are trying to contact them, to give more work but still. Finally, after visiting in-person they agreed that they have our one box somewhere in their stock and still not giving it back nor can they work till late next year. Had to do the rest of the flooring from somewhere else and these guys are still searching our laminate box. After all this hessel they are not willing to give us the money for the material either.

Garima had been very helpful from day 1 of us contacting her. We found the whole process of choosing the flooring and carpet easy, fun and friendly. Lots of information was provided and all questions were answered promptly. The installation guys were awesome, working fast and in a tidy manner.
For some one whose is building their house from scratch, Flooring Direct was the only company that I can honestly say made life easy when it came to carpets and flooring.
Highly recommend theses guys, nothing but good things to say.

Garima has been so amazing since we first stepped into flooring direct. She’s informative and so helpful with her guidance when choosing the right carpet and wood flooring to suit us. We had carpet and laminate flooring installed through the entire house. From Customer service, Helpful Information, Quotes, Price, Communication through to Installation was excellent. Even through Aucklands lockdown. Would highly recommend as very helpful all around. Craig and Jynene Wilson.

Found staff in the shop very friendly and helpful. Carpet was a good price. However, very disappointed in the installation service. Installers left me waiting all day on scheduled day of installation, only after chasing them up via phone three times did they advise that they had an 'emergency' crop up. The day carpet was installed they failed to put down new underlay which we had already paid for. So we had to have them back a second time, have the carpet taken up again and underlay replaced. It feels like the carpet hasn't been stretched over the gripper particularly well. There is a lump in one place where it feels they have left a piece of underlay behind. All in all, carpet is a good price but I'd rather have paid a bit more to have a better installation service.

Update: Flooring Direct has replied stating I was not a customer. I have the invoice and emails to prove it, under Fran Hooper, Invoice number is 60501, dated 13th May 2021
