I was very impressed by the service given to us by Flooring Direct Greenlane. We had several issues over ordering new carpet from another company. So with a tight deadline we went to see this company. Within minutes the General Manager Garima, understood our needs, suggested the perfect carpet and gave us a firm price based on the measurement we already had. The person laying the carpet arrived on time as agreed, worked steadily until the job was finished and left with our tatty old carpet in his van. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them for their fair price, efficiency and reliability.

We undertook some substantial renovations at our house. Engaging with experts in each field can make the experience enjoyable and the process run smoothly. Flooring was one of the last big tasks we undertook, and the customer service we received from Flooring Direct (Greenlane) was abysmal. A complete lack of communication and transparency. Trying to organise and confirm details leading up to install was painful. The contractors turned up and there was no product to be seen anywhere. They therefore had to chase head office as it hadn’t even been delivered, finally it came 2 hours later…. Well only the planks, no underlay! This resulted in the installers who were contracted (did a great job with everything) having to jump in their car and source the underlay themselves. Thanks Flooring Direct for the non-existant customer service and for wasting everyone’s time.

Great bunch of guys, very professional. Came on time and did not leave a mess. Good workmanship as well. Garima (the manager) is friendly and will take time to answer all your questions.

I will have to appreciate the customer service. Garima was glad to show plenty of samples, and helped me decide best flooring option. Getting a quote was a breeze after that, and possibly the best prices I could get. The final craftsmanship is great and I am more than happy to recommend others.
