We have recently completed flooring installation by Flooring Direct. Garima and the team have done an awesome job through out the process. Communication was good, each steps we have been properly informed which have made it easy for us to organize time. Installation went smoothly, no issue at all, the guys has been very friendly and helpful as well. We love the new flooring! It was a great decision to choice with Flooring Direct. A+ Highly recommended!

Flooring Direct are unreliable, rude and tried to bully their customers. They gave only only a few hours notice via email to change the installation date, they turned up 3 hours later than schedule and their management refused to reschedule or refund. This is the worst company ever I have encountered.

We have just had our wooden laminate laid in our new house and we are thrilled with how it looks. The installers did a great job and left the place super tidy. Great attention to detail. It looks amazing! We have been dealing with Garima through this process and she has been great to deal with, from site measure, answering my many phone calls and emails. Thank you Flooring Direct!

These people are unreliable. Give them a miss if you want a job done on time.
I went to their store in October to arrange new carpet for my Launch which tone of their staff said (Sarab) they could do no problem. I selected the carpet and advised them that the boat would be in Auckland 25th November. Sarab came to the boat as arranged on November 26th and inspected the job and said he would have it done by the 12th December. Yesterday (10th Dec) I txt him seeking an update with no reply. This morning (11th Dec) I called early (twice) to find out the progress of the job. Receptionist told me she would contact Sarab and get him to call me. I got a txt from Sarab to txt him! I replied.he did not. I visited the store to try and get some resolution as to when the job would be done only to be rudely told by the store owner (Garima Ghai) a woman, that they would not be doing the job.
They are very sweet to begin with then you find out they are not nice people and they are totally unreliable.

I found Flooring Direct to be very professional and reliable. The installers where hard working and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am pleased with the price, product quality and execution. They are transparent with their quote, no surprise and answered all my questions promptly. They installed the laminate on a Sunday, they were on time and did a good job. I highly recommend flooring direct. They are professional and have the best price!

TASK Maintenance & Glass have been working with Flooring Direct Greenlane for about 18 months or so. Recently a new guy has been put in charge of our account, quoting, queries etc. Jerome is so quick to respond to quote requests, queries etc, and keeps up updated with the progress of current works. Jerome is a real credit to Flooring Direct Greenlane, thanks guys!

This was not a good experience. The vinyl itself is fine, but the workmanship of the installation was extremely poor, and it wasn't able to be rectified to an acceptable standard, despite the owner agreeing the work was substandard. I tried to negotiate a 50% refund - since one of the two rooms will definitely need to be re-done - but the response was pedantic - it's not technically 50% of the total area - and further communication was ignored. I don't recommend this company unless you're looking for something extremely basic.

We used the team for replacing the flooring in the conference centre where I work. Sarab and the team have been really good in suggesting and guiding us through the whole process. They have been punctual, great at coordinating with us on various aspects. We are very happy with the final outcome. 100% recommended.

Garima is sooo easy to work with. She listens to the customers and provides excellent expert advise. Very accommodating and nice to deal with.

I would like to say we are extremely happy with our carpet. It is luxurious and has totally transformed our home as we expected.

We paid for flooring up front - big mistake. The company did not deliver on the agreed date. They didnt return calls, information given by them was vague of why no delivery.
I would never recommend this company or use them again. We eventually got the flooring only after persistent ph calls.

Our family was impressed with the general manager Garima’s exceptional customer services and her knowledgeable assistance in choosing the most suitable products for us. The workmanship of carpet and laminate flooring are excellent. We would highly recommend Flooring Direct for their reasonable price, efficiency and reliability.

The team at Flooring Direct are excellent to deal with. We went with a Quick Step laminate floor and it looks incredible. They have great product knowledge and helped guide us on the best product for our needs and it's a decision we are very very happy with. The installers they have are excellent with the highest level of workmanship, all the other tradies onsite were very impressed by the quality of the job and the product. Garima and the team also helped us work with a tricky schedule with tight timeframes and multiple changes. They are great on service and the overall package - after looking around at other flooring providers, you could not go past Flooring Direct.

We recently had a laminate floating floor fitted by Flooring Direct. I am currently 8 months pregnant and was quite stressed out by the prospect of taking on such a big job so close to my due date, but Garima and the team at Flooring Direct were such a pleasure to deal with, I needn't have worried at all.
They were so professional and helpful through the whole process. Garima listened to our needs, sent someone around to measure and quotes as well as assess the nature of the job and then worked with us to ensure it would be completed in a timely and suitable way. It was so easy to communicate with her through the whole process. Sumit and his apprentice who ultimately laid the flooring were also extremely reliable and friendly and did a great job. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. Ultimately we are really pleased with the finished flooring and have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Direct to anyone. We will certainly go back to them for future flooring needs.

Working with Garima was an extremely smooth experience for us. A free quote was provided in no-time. We were presented with wide range of carpet options and relevant information to choose the right carpet for our home. Setting up an installation date was easy. The installers were punctual, efficient and helpful. We received enough help to move the furniture. On top of this, flooring direct also offered easy payment options. We have used flooring direct twice, and both times the experience was bad. Poor communication, not turning up when they say they would, not having the product they say they would, and worst of all the quality of the workmanship was terrible (see photos) - the joining cap actually doesnt cover the join, and in second photo they made one of the floor board too bloody short.

Great service and very professional. Really know their stuff when it comes to flooring. The whole process was easy and smooth with no hiccups along the way. Highly recommend and very competitive prices.

Replaced the carpets at home recently, the staff were extremely helpful from selecting the right carpet for the home considering the colors/texture/etc to organizing the fitters coming in, they made the overall process very smooth and easy. We changed our minds a few times and they were always willing to make it work our way, for the quality of the carpet the price was very good, we looked around but couldn't find anything close in terms of the price and quality. We are extremely happy with the fitted product. The customer service is impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Honestly such a wonderful experience dealing with flooring direct during our renovation period from carpets to vinyl to hardflooring. We had the whole house re-done as we wanted a more modern interior and the team especially garima not only had an indepth knowledge of the products but also had marvelous taste in interior design. Not just another boring flooring shop but an experience to make our home look amazing.
