Absolutely appalled by the delivery driver "Gary". Not only was he 3 hours late. He had a bad attitude and walked into my home with muddy shoes refusing to take them off. I had to ask him to get out of our home as he was starting to get aggressive with my wife

I’d give zero stars if I could. Zero accountability or contact even though their head office kept telling me someone in “management” will get back to me asap. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I bought a Tontine pillow at the Sylvia Park Freedom store. It was $44: 99 tag, the assistant who was lovely and very helpful said $55: 99 staring at the data base aka price listings I pointed to the tag, and she said that's the Australian price, I thought oh no, not a chance, The Assistant was professional, an absolute delight, didnt bat an eyelid, 44.99. They are still around.

I think it’s unacceptable to ask your customers to use the public toilet outside Freedom Newmarket.

Probably won’t consider buying from you for not having normal human decency when people are shopping in your store

Freedom has a Honorable customer service with a lot of wrong promises. They are mislead the customers and humiliate the customers specially Ms Ivan.
Never trust them. I just called to follow up my mattress delivery which was very expensive but they think they are your boss!
Disaster people. They don't care about you when they sell their products.

The people working at the store didnt seem interested in selling us anything. We somehow selected one lounge suite and we asked the payment to be split between cash and credit and they refused us saying that it has to be one transaction, wasted our time. Anyhow we went to another store today, got a better couch of choice and they happily split the payment.

Half a year delay with 3 emails sent to notify the delays.trying to understand why locally manufactured furniture has to take so long to deliver.store staff said will ask store manager to call back but got no responses and then I called again the same person answered saying store manager was busy. Wow what a perfect excuse to ignore a customer’s reasonable request!
Funny enough: their voice message over the phone says they are aware of the delay, calling for people to be nice, in reality if people have to be not nice I’m sure it’s never because of delay but their poor attitude and service. So Not recommend
More to come:

Managers come and go with Poor communication with customers and no response at all after they said they will come back to me. Then I called again, the staff said I’m asking too many questions. Hilarious and shame on them! Not recommend at all will spread the word for sure so you guys can stay away from this terrible retailer or and its a terrible staff. They might have some good staff but awful in general I’d say. A thank you to the Store Manager Summer Han who unfortunately has left.

Bought the SALSIE Fabric Modular Sofa: Cushions sagged within less than 2 months and we're on the lighter side. The plush feather-filled cushion feels like it needs MORE feathers. Delivery was promised within 5 months (because of the pandemic), it came within 6 months after we gave them a call. Adding a review here as my original review went missing on their site.

Popped in here the other day as I was on the hunt for some cushions! Wow what a great range, really gorgeous furniture store. All 4 cushions were also on a sale and such great quality.

Shame I didn't took photos but I really loved this shop giving me a crate n barrel ish style not a lot of selection but just what you need love all the unique designs and classy minimalist colors service was also good

Impossible to get through to 0800 customer service, no return calls, no response to emails. No idea where order is. Purchased a few items from Freedom in the past, but will think twice now I'm afraid.

The item (outdoor dining chair) I ordered was missing when I went for collection after 2 weeks when it said was available for pickup. The same item (actually 4 of those) were picked up by a customer just in from of me. When asked, the NM store manager told me in a harsh tone that she can either cancel my order and refund or I must wait till September to get another piece. At last, I had to buy the display model from the store for which they gave 20% discount since I needed the chair urgently. This is not at all recommended from a store like freedom. Not at all recommended.

The lady wearing glasses at the cashier was not helpful, we're after some curtains and all she said was there's no stock I'm sorry (It's amazing how someone like that could have a job these days). Go to the Sylvia park store if you're looking for curtains, 2 lovely ladies gave us lots of help and 1 of them is very knowledgeable with curtains and she also knows what sort of new stocks are coming in.

Been into the Newmarket store twice in the last month. Both times I was not greeted just glanced at. Both times made me not feel welcome and that I should leave.

I made a purchase in January. Still no sign of delivery in March. These guys are quick to do sales and discounts to take your money but fails to deliver what you've actually ordered!

Bought a bunk bed and was told within a week we would have it delivered. Rang six times to within 4 weeks and still no one was able to tell us where it was with everyone saying they would call us back. No one did. Went into store after 4-5 weeks and they still didn't know where it was. Had to submit a form to head office so head office can submit a form to DC centre? Got given a $100 gift card unfortunately as we now have to spend more money.

Bought outdoor furniture and was told it would be delivered within a week. It’s been 3 weeks and they told me over the phone just now that they don’t have any idea when it’s going to be delivered
