Great service and our technician was very friendly and professional. He admitted he hadn't worked with the ring security lights before but did an outstanding job installing it and the doorbell. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explaining the work. Very highly recommend this company. Fast, easy, great job.

Really friendly staff, great response and efficient take about 15 min to find out about the problem. Now when it comes to the bill expect to be charge for something you didn’t order plus extra charges out of nowhere. Call in is supposed to pay for one hr service plus basic accessories. Then we been charge an extra hr for electrician plus an hr to train an apprentice plus accessories plus gst on top of all the extra charges. I have tried to contact by email a couple of times, I mean a bit of transparency in your pricing will go a long way

Our fridge self-destructed on Anzac weekend at night during lockdown (of course it did.), tripping our wiring and creating an unnerving burning smell through the house. Grammar Electrical responded within an hour and gave us peace of mind that our wiring was safe and power could be restored. The fridge is dead but we're happy to have mains power back! Thanks for the quick and friendly job.

I've only used these guys once but will definitely use them again. Turned up on time to quote, turned up on time to do the job, and when the job was simpler than quoted, reduced the charge accordingly. What more can you ask for? Thumbs up.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough - from the first phone call to the job being done could have been within a couple of hours if I had been ready (which I wasn't quite), but as it was - after booking the job at 3pm one day, it was finished before 8am the next by a lovely, polite young guy. Now that is fantastic service!

Everything was completely covered up during the job, and there was not a trace of him having been here when he left, except the great towel rail and air conditioner of course. I would highly recommend them and every cent I pay was worth it.

Worst company. Booked a job asking for a quote, showed up with no contact and confirmation. And then spent 3 hours doing nothing and couldn’t figure out the problem, later got sent for a bill? Please stay away from this company!

2 days before the wedding and the power keeps randomly tripping out. With out of town family members staying, and the bride living with us and her bridal party getting ready and leaving from our place on the big day, there was a lot at stake. Grammar Electical were busy but thankfully they bumped us up the list and came to see us the very next morning. Thus avoiding any wedding dramas. Thank you Grammar Electical!
