Long wait during weekend for yum cha, dont bother booking ahead you'll still have to wait in line, you're better off going to enjoy inn restaurant just a few blocks from here, no long wait

This is a popular and the fancy restaurant. It has A grade hygiene certificate in place. The business keeps clean overall include toilet. That is very impressed. Most of Asian restaurants lefts very poor hygiene conditions in toilet. The yumcha serivice on trolley grab and eat model, of coy you can place special order as well. Staffs are proactively bringing food and water onto table, as well as remove empty plates. Down side is you may have to wait a while to getting a table. Because of the popularity you may have to keep driving in car park for a parking spot.

If you're after an order off the menu experience at lunch time, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Everything is yum cha based during the day. I had dined there once before and the food was great, thus a second return. Today I was disappointed, because the weren't keen to serve me from the dinner menu, they eventually did at dinner prices. When we went to pay, the lady at the counter was extremely rude! They bill you, but items are miscellaneous and the food items listed from our table bill was in Chinese and the lady at the counter just kept referring us to that! Overall we got the impression they didn't like us questioning the bill. We had to have another lady serve us and she was extremely apologetic. My suggestion to the establishment: serve non yum cha food as well at lunchtime. Not everyone likes yum cha. We ended up paying a huge bill for a lunch time meal, wldnt have minded if the service was good.

Terrible service from the shop assistant, an old trolley lady. You seems to go there to get a lesson from her. She was so rude and in bad manner when serving customers. She might have not liked her job so throw her unhappiness to her customers.

Food is good, but staff and management needs to be better.
Near end of meal, getting rushed to finnish and its not even 10pm, and a lots of people are still there.
Worse is having your desert plate with desert still in it taken away when you just took a spoon of it about to place in mouth.
Its Rude, Outrageous and we spent lot of $$$ at your place.
What next, vacuum cleaner.while we are still there.
Its going to be a while B4 any of us will be coming back, plus tell all us friends about this bad experience.

Yum. Crazy queue on weekends around midday. Much prefer going there on weekdays around 2pm, no waiting at all.

Have dined here as invited guest to a wedding of a work colleague who being Chinese had his wedding reception here. Yep it was pretty good, food lovely. Some dishes never tried before good experience. Usually always busy when they open always people lined up outside the door. Go visit

This place had the best food ever, my first Peking Duck and wow. All the other dishes we ordered were extremely yummy. A higher priced meal but a delightful feast fit for special celebrations!

Excellent and efficient service. Luckily we had a booking as were in a big group. Speed, efficiency and tasty hot food. Will definitely go again. Their Lemon prawns were heavenly

Service is rubbish even for a yum cha. Back in the days you were stuck with few options but now there are more yum cha places. Better to take your business elsewhere.

Very authentic Yumcha experience. Staff are always busy so you will need a little patient or place your order directly with one of the staff pushing the cart. Make sure you make reservations or turn up early, as soon as they open I mean.

Yum cha was amazing. We went super early so they weren't too busy. By the time we were leaving, people started to pile in. The line was long. Good food a bit pricey but worth the treat

Very busy, ok food. One of the waitress keeps on insisting to give us choy sum even though we said no like 5 times. She even put it on our table and was about to write on our bill. Was quite funny but this is definitely illegal.

I am done with this place, they don't deserve to be in business, they hate all customers and provide the worst service possible.

Usually here for yum char on a Saturday or Sunday after a late night out the day before, often packed which is a down side, however the food here is actually pretty awesome for a hangover yum char meal.

Price is slightly higher than other yumchar restaurants, however the quality and hygiene makes up for it.

Awesome place to come to - to try impress your co-workers, guests, or other half for something a little different than a cafe

This restaurant is located in the trotting club premises. It is not easy to find the place. The food is pretty average. It is more convenient for local who drive to this restaurant.
