Just fabulous service from start to finish, and what a lovely gentleman who came to service (and fix) our heat pumps. He said he was on leave when I emailed and promised to reply to me the day he returned, which he did. Arrived exactly on time and was so polite and friendly. Our old heat pumps are working like gems! Thank you!

Kim provided a free quote on our old heatpump, he explained how long term a new pump would be more cost effective than a repair. He installed a new fujitsu. Had clear communication and great workmanship. Very happy with the outcome.

Painless installation of the new unit, neat and tidy workmanship. Kim and his electrician had to work hard to run cables through some confined spaces but everything was completed, looks good and the new unit is working well for us.
