Can totally relate to Antony's review below. The quality of service was very poor. Kim made the surrounding surfaces messy by spreading the dirt and not taking adequate precaution. He spent more time talking than doing the work. We ended up spending an hour to do the cleaning after he left. Leaving two stars because he reduced his fee after we had a heated argument. Be very careful if you engage him for a service job so that you don't get into a complicated situation later.

I was very happy with Kim’s friendly and professional service. Kim was able to book us in on a Saturday just 2 days after my inquiry to service our two Fujitsu heat pumps, one of which Kim installed a year previously. I found Kim to be very reliable and wouldn’t hesitate to book him in again for our next service. Keep up the good work!

Kim installed 3 heat pumps for us a few years ago and they worked extremely well until someone smashed their car into one of the external units. Kim came in and made sure everything was functioning again and this aftercare is amazing! He is punctual with appointments and when you talk to him you know he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend him and his company and will not hesitate to use Heat Pump Services again!

Kim Neville supplied and installed a Fujitsu with a very quiet outdoor unit that was perfect for my small flat. He's an honest, intelligent, reliable guy who offers real expertise and value for money. When a ceiling plasterer damaged the unit years later Kim diagnosed the problem over the phone and repaired the unit for a very reasonable price. I have recommended him to neighbours and will continue to do so.

These guys know their stuff and are very easy to deal with. They guided me through troubleshooting that didn't involve them calling and charging my landlady. Their advice worked on the first try. They've won a customer for life.

We have engaged this company to quote and install heat pumps for couple of rentals that we managed. The quote came up very reasonable particularly when such a high quality heat pump was installed. Great workmanship and the quote respond turnaround was quick as well.

I have had other companies who quote cheaper with a much lower power unit which resulted in a significantly much shorter operational life, and therefore will need a completely new replacement much sooner. By installing a suitable power unit, the heat pump that Heap Pump Services will last much longer and therefore works out more economical.

Used these guys for a while, actually have bought a couple of het pumps from them over the years and everything went smoothly. But recently we were very disappointed when we requested a service and the quality we got. He did not bring the correct equipment, tried outting a ladder on our dining room table to reach the unit, and said that the job was '70%' done but then demanded full payment. He also broke a piece of the heat pump in the process! It was a calamity of errors and poor workmanship. When we refused to pay he then threatened us with debt collectors and verbal abuse. Really not a great experience on this occasion. So be careful.
