63I have had several experiences of getting work done by this company over the years, and all jobs up until now have been done efficiently and to a high standard.
Promised to do a job and quoted a price, half an hour before starting the work, i get a call to say it will take much longer and it woyld cost much more. I cant wait for new tradies from oversees to come in and xompete against a monopolistic system.

Heron Plumbing are thorough, professional, and always answer the phone and always turn up when they say they will. I cannot comment on pricing as I have not compared to others but I can guarantee you they'll get the job done quickly and done right.

We woke up to no hot water the day before Anzac Day…. We knew we had to get someone out before the public holiday and had to call around. Quite a few calls later and Heron Plumbing was able to squeeze us in, recognising that the public holiday the next day would mean we would be impacted. Really appreciated their ability to switch things around to meet their current job requirements as well as our hot water issue. Thanks very much!

Harley checked out a shower leak & fixed it. Rang Heron in the morning & Harley arrived early afternoon after ringing to say he’d be here in 15 mins. Very impressed with his work, he was professional, friendly, gave good advice & I knew that he had everything under control & I could relax because he gave me so much confidence that a good job was being carried out. Thoroughly recommend Heron Plumbing.

Plumber came and recommended we change the hot water tank. He verbally said $3700 plus gst but charged $4266. He didn't finish the job as left holes in the wall of a rough caste house, forgot to change insulation and elevate the tank. When I raised the issue he came back the next day to remedy the forgotten tasks but Heron Plumbing sent me another invoice for work not completed originally. Had to fight tooth and nail to make them see sense. Terrible experience, never going to Heron Plumbing and will tell everyone I know!
The person that came to fix our hot water cylinder, was polite and friendly, quick, found the problem and fixed, that was good in my books
We also used Heron for our Council documents, the staff are excellent trades people but very helpful.
I would recommend Heron Plumbing to anyone who needs Plumbing work completed.
