Since I cannot post without a star, so no choice for me. Appt made over weekend but never turn up. If I had not been smart and call up and check, my day would have been wasted waiting for them. No one call to inform me that no technician is coming. Only after I called them then they realized and rush through arranging last minute, they tried to rip you off by suggesting to sending 2 technician, 1 elect, 1 plumber, you have to pay double fees, not skill technician. Absolute unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from them. On checking other reviews, so many other people encounter NO SHOW from them goodness. Full of excuses

We have used Heron Plumbing numerous times over the years, they always do a great job, and always come quickly and when they say they will! Harley and the team are great! Would highly recommend them.

I can't vouch for the plumbing services. However a member of their staff in a sign written van has absolutely terrible road rage. Would not recommend due to this experience.

Saturday evening we got a snapped pipe in our roof space. The dispatch/operator lady prompt response to call the on duty plumber was exceptionally fast. The plumber contacted us within minutes and about 15 minutes later he already arrived. Fixing the burst pipe took less than one hour. Great team, very professional. I can only recommend Heron plumbing to everyone. Oh, and the sum we paid was surprisingly reasonable too.

Called at 8.30 on a Monday morning & plumber was at my house an hour later! Took care of an extremely messy job for me like it was nothing (haha) & found cause of the problem. Had to get a different team in but they did that all for me. Super easy. Admin team lovely to deal with also:)

We had the lovely Harley from Heron Plumbing come and fix (well, replace) our kitchen sink tap today. We just had the greatest experience with Heron from taking the booking yesterday to Harley's call this morning asking if it was alright to come over early (yes please!). He also pre empted what I needed by asking a few key questions so that when he arrived, he had everything he needed to get the job done. He was a lovely person, professional, polite, well presented and got the job done in a very clean and tidy way with no fuss. Would totally recommend Heron Plumbing and Harley specifically for any plumbing job

I have needed Heron Plumbing several times over the past three years, and have found them amazingly good and innovative as well as practical.
On each ocassion someone arrived on the day of my call, on each call that someone (different every time, so they're all like this) came up with a plan, and either dealt with it then or organised the repair. I am glad to recommend them. They are cheery, kind and very respectful. You want more?
Their repairs work and stay strong and they do their very best to keep the prices down, and their solutions believable, Bless them each and every one!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received! I contacted them last night to say we had sprung a leak. Less than 12 hours later we had a plumber at our home at the promised time (7am) to fix the leak. We have a small space under the house to get at the pipes so he needed skinnier back up which was here within minutes too! Honestly so impressed. Excellent communication and fast, efficent service.

Came out during Covid lockdown to replace a hot water cylinder. Incredibly efficient, work was tidy and the plumbers followed all lockdown rules and regulation. The work was done all in one working day. Fantastic response given the restrictions on businesses at the time.

Thank you so much - you came out after hours and where able to work out what was wrong with my HWC straight away and fix it - had a nice hot shower the next day - polite and kept me updated the whole time - highly recommend 5 stars +

There was nothing to record an average type review —only thumbs up or thumbs down. This was average and we were surprised at the exorbitant call out fee. We had been asked by our electricity supplier to check our hot water cylinder and it thermostat as our bill was high for that month. There was nothing wrong with the HW cylinder but we still got charged $165.

Nothing but praise for Heron Plumbing. It was a referral from another plumbing group who were very busy at that time. I have used Heron Plumbing before so I knew their services are outstanding. Adam was our plumber who called the same day as my enquiry so already its off to a great start. Arrived as promised & fixed the leak issue that was plaguing my house. To be honest I found Adam very thorough making sure what he replaced & what he explained what he had fixed was secure & presented no further problems. Very helpful & his workmanship was of a high standard. Great communication & Highly recommend to everyone. Many thanks Adam & to the team at Heron Plumbing.

Heron Plumbing were quick to send someone out to look at the leak in my bathroom. The issue was explained to me and the necessary part ordered. I was given an ETA and the part actually came in a little earlier which was a bonus. The quality of the work was excellent and costs were very reasonable. Would not hesitate to get them back for any future work and highly recommend them.

Easy, convenient and friendly service. The team were able to book in an appointment quickly. On the day I was kept up to date via text/call when they were arriving and my plumbing issue was resolved in no time. Would recommend.

They rearranged their diary to do my job the next day which was much appreciated given we had no hot water. Staff were on time, polite and tidy. All interactions with the company were good.

Staff are so rude, rip off and they will do whatever to get more money out of you. Not recommending this company to anyone, there are far more better company out there who are better. Don't even deserve 1 star.
