Heron sent someone out within 2 hours of my call for help. Adam found the leak behind a wall, resolved it and even repaired the hole he'd made to get to it. Great job

We had a water leak in our kitchen, Heron Plumbing were the only company in our area who were able to respond quickly. The plumber who attended was on time, friendly and efficient.

The only issue was the time taken to email the invoice, it came many days after the work was completed.

My gas water heater broke in Saturday. Very responsive. They called and turned up when they said they would. Installer was knowledgeable and provided option. Good result overall.

Ran out of hot water beginning of January and discovered HWC had a leak. After 4 attempts to find a plumber available during xmas holiday break Heron Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone. Great customer service from Dale who estimated the price to replace HWC and arranged replacement and installation same day even though it was a non-urgent job ie no leaky flood damage etc as HWC was under the house. Darrin arrived in the afternoon and job done within couple of hours. Also fitted a new kitchen faucet no problem. The Invoice was within the price quoted. Very happy and would highly recommend Heron Plumbing. Thanks guys!

I had a roof develop a serious leak after the recent weather events in Auckland. Auckland still under level four lockdown, but because of the urgent nature of the problem, Herons were able to contrive a temporary fix and gather together the materials required to do so. Materials are of course, also a problem at the moment. Heron Plumbing quoted for the job to renew the roof which I have accepted, so you can tell from that how I feel about them. Darren was the tradesman who went out to assess the damage originally and Suzanne was the office admin person I spoke to. Both courteous and good at their jobs. They are operating a business under considerable difficulties at the moment, as are many, but still they are effective, good to deal with and all around appear to be operating well in these difficult times.

As always from Heron Plumbing, prompt and pleasant service: lovely guy who came to unblock our drain recently was quick, informative and fun. We have called on Heron Plumbing for years now, for all sorts of plumbing and drainage services and have always found them prompt, efficient and pleasant.

Quick turn around for an emergency job during level 4 lockdown. Although the first fix didn't work, they came back to remedy it the following day. It was for a temp fix of a leaking roof.

We had a serious problem with a major leak in our water main, between the meter and the house. I rang Heron Plumbing and a bloke (Paddy) arrived within an hour. It took a while to find where the main connected to the house (due to the somewhat weird structure of the house) but Paddy finally managed, and then installed a temporary main from the meter to the house, bypassing the old leaking main.

Heron Plumbing then arranged to come and install a new permanent
main (bypassing the old leaking one). Paddy returned and started work two days after the arrangements were made. He showed up promptly om schedule and got on with the job quietly and efficiently.

Paddy seems to be a bright young spark, skillful, competent, hard-working and pleasant to talk to.

I have no complaints whatever about the service we received.

Punctual, thorough, promt and great quality workmanship. Can't ask for more from a tradie. Adam the plumber identified the issue within a short visit, explained the issue, solution, process and gave me timeline. Even organised and coordinated the work with an electrician. I never imagined the process would be this easy. Job well done. Thanks very much.
