I am very pleased with our recent upgrade to our HRV system.

I have not been happy with the service provided by east Auckland HRV. The filters were changed by your serviceman at the end of March. I was having a problem with the smoke alarm always going off - repeartedly. I was told that it was a fault of my system and the only way to fix it was to upgrade to a more updated system. Your serviceman told me he had done something? But if it happened again just push ‘silence! Since then it’s become much worse going off several times a day. I rang you at the beginning of last week but no one has got back to me. A former employee of yours Paul came in today and fixed it simply by talking out the smoke alarm! For which I was extremely grateful as I have sold my house and everything has to be working properly. He also cleaned where the filters which you didn’t do. Why couldn’t your serviceman have taken out the smoke alarm instead of saying I had to have a whole new system? Not good service and I will not be recommending you to the new owners of this house to service my HRV system.

Easy to deal with, highly professional and clear communication. We installed a HVAC system previously in our current house which has had a big impact on condensation and prevention of mould. Recently returned to replace the filters. The system highlighted the need and a quick email and they were here to sort it out. Highly recommend.

Serviceman rang when he was on the way, then he explained the whole procedure as well as refreshing our use of the pad. He was thorough, polite and kept us informed of everything he was doing.
