On time and very professional, every effort was made to ensure I understood how to use the control panel and the different setting to get the most out of my HRV unit. I did not feel like I was a bourdon with my silly questions. Absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a callout to repair an HRV ventilation fan that had stopped working. The electrician showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within 15 min. He also explained the known fault and described how his fix would prevent a re-occurrance.
It's great to have 1st visit resolution of this problem without the drama and this was accomplished within the callout fee.

Technician arrived on time and got on with the job. He was friendly and professional and it was a pleasant experience.

After owning the HRV system for a few years, I can confidently say that I have no regrets going for HRV. Their initial installation was to a professional standard. Maintenance work thereafter is also professional. Communication is prompt and clear, techs turned up on time and were very quick. Well deserved 5 stars. Thank you.

Thank you HRV, I consider this is a very good product, service was responsive every time, experience with the customer service at the contact centre was good, very helpful and quick easy booking. The service maintenance person was very good, very patient to explain the functions and conditions setting for different season to my elderly parent. I really appreciate the time for the service person. The only one thing about the filter replacement is too often but the product is that great, it worth it!

I am very impressed with the Service from HRV. From the start, meeting with Melvin, explaining the system to us, and also the benefits of having a Summer kIt fitted. Then the txt from the office, advising of the onsite meeting before installation. Also the 2 installers, explaining, what had been fitted, and to finish off, we had a few questions, and Michael (theBoss), took the time to come over and explain location of the Summer Kit to us. We have no hesitation in recommending HRV.

I shopped around and compared prices of home ventilation systems. I had HRV and another supplier visit my home to give me a quote. One other supplier gave me a quote without even visiting the house. I eventually decided on HRV due to the excellent service I received from Chris Yu from East Auckland. He explained the details of the HRV system and he invited me to visit the office to compare the different ventilation systems in the market and it was clear why HRV had the best systems and service so it was an easy decision. I would highly recommend you contact Chris and clarify all your questions and doubts with him. The installation went smoothly and it was done in a few hours. I'm a happy customer.
