45We had our HRV installed a few years ago and been serviced by this company since then. They will carry out the filter change every 2 years to ensure the quality of the air we breathe. When replacing the filters, they will carry out a quick test to ensure that the system is functioning properly. Booking for service is easy and the technician is professional and knowledgeable. Minor issues picked up during the test will be rectified at no extra costs.
Always responsive, we had an issue with a temperature sensor and it was replaced, along with our filter. HRV is a great system and we now have a dryer, more comfortable house.
Michael is very professional to deal with. From quote to installation everything went very smoothly, on time and on budget. This rarely happens nowadays. I have also been pleased with his teams proactive follow up maintenance service, that picked up a minor fault which was fixed immediately and under warranty. I recommend Michael and his Home Synergy business to anyone who wants/needs a quality HVAC job done.
