I ordered a hotwater cylinder off these guys from their online store, before I paid I rang up to ask how much delivery would be to Rotorua. They said they would find out and get back to me. I've been waiting 4 weeks, and I have rung them 8 times, trying to get a answer. Each time I get a friendly person on the other end, but the same response "ill pass your details on and someone will get back to you" I have still yet to hear back.
I ordered the HWC on the 5 March 2019 and still nothing from them.
Come on guys sort out your customer service.

Ordered a califont from these clowns 12 days ago and had been expecting delivery for over a week now. After multiple ignored phone calls and much frustration we are finally informed today that they are unable to supply the goods that they advertised as in stock and readily available.
