HRV North Shore

I had my HRV installed a year ago and was told the filter would last 2 years. After 1 year the keypad was saying the filter needed replacing. I contacted HRV and they were excellent! They explained they had been having issues with the units that were installed at the time mine was and they promptly organised someone to come out and replace the filter. They were honest and proactive. I would definitely recommend them. My house was always cold and damp. I have a conservatory that was literally having 'crying windows' every winter but now they are dry! No more replacing curtains every 3 years because of mould. My house feels warmer and dryer. I am very happy with decision to install an HRV

Excellent in all facets of the sales and installation. First contact with Kim, in sales, was a professional low key experience. She is knowledgeable, very personable and extremely responsive to questions and queries. The organization of the installation was efficient. The team arrived on time, worked cleanly and considerately. Bearing in mind they are boring holes in your ceilings, etc they worked cleaning and extremely accurately. Most importantly, the HRV Airsense is a transformation if you are trying to get rid of moisture and mold from your home. A few days after installation the windows are dry on cold mornings and the house feels warmer and so much drier. The fact that the Airsense control panel is networked to the router is extremely convenient and easy to use. We considered other suppliers of a ventilation system but settled on HRV as we feel it’s a far superior product. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HRV North Shore, the product and the sales and installation team.

Fraser arrived bang on time and was cheerful, pleasant and finished the work promptly. Very friendly and polite.

We have a HRV system that was installed in our property about 18 years ago. A few weeks ago I noticed that we were starting to get some condensation on our bedroom windows particularly after a cold night. We hadn’t had our filters changed for a few years (covid restrictions) so I contacted the team at HRV who organized for a technician to come out to our house a few days later.
He installed two new filters, cleaned the fans and checked the air flow of our ducts. The results have been fantastic, even though we’ve had a run of cooler nights there has been no condensation and I can feel the warm air flow coming through the ducts. Absolutely great system for a dry, warm house and great service.

We had two of the staff come to our home, first came and checked it and the second to fix it. Both were very professional, friendly and courteous. We have had our system for 8 years which has been awesome. We have just been without it for 2 weeks, and had forgotten how bad the condensation was here, the place was cold and damp and depressing. So glad to have it up and running again.

Thank you for replacing our thermostat. Really missed our HRV when it was not working. When phoning it feels like you are going around in circles with your contact centres, but your serviceman was great. Thanks again

I have an old HRV installation that had a recent filter change servicing. This was done by a very professional service personnel, Ash (?). Who took the extra effort to re-explain the settings. Small gestures that really matters.

Melbin from HRV North Shore attended and was excellent. Second time I have had Melbin around and he has been thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly on both occasions. Punctual and explained the procedure well. Thanks mate top service.

Excellent commmunication. They rang because they were running a little late which I really appreciated. The servicemen were really friendly and repectful and they cleaned up after!

HRV North Shore were very helpful with resolving my issue and the young man who came to fix the issue was very courteous and gave me very helpful information.

I get a email reminder when the filters need replacing, which saves me having to remember!
Then I get a personal telephone call to find a convenient time for the team to come.
They are always on time.
Payment is simple via internet banking.

From there I can get back to normal life….

Had to upgrade our units after 14 years. Service was quick and efficient. HRV is a great product, the units eliminated condensation on our windows straight away

The serviceman and trainee arrived well on time and conducted their work quietly, respectful of other residents. On being asked not to trample on the installed insulation fibre in the loft, they used an alternative method to check for any damage to air tunnels. Thanks guys.:)

Great HRV team. They contact the home owners when it's time for a yearly filter replacement service and organises a time to visit the property. Good communication, easy to deal with. They come and get the job done, no frills.

Serviceman was running late but phoned to let me know and did a good and quick replacement of filter with explanation.
