HRV North Shore

Had our annual HRV service with HRV Northshore. The staff and service were absolutely amazing. Their staff are courteous, friendly and PROMPT would highly recommend this company. They also stand by their product, we had a fault and that was swiftly identified and fixed without charge.

We were thrilled with our HRV experience, from the initial consultation and explanation of the key benefits of the HRV system, right through to the updates on installation as we had to juggle lockdown shifting our original installation date. When the team of three arrived, they were highly professional and friendly. They all introduced themselves and the team lead explained each of their roles and the plan of attack. We had 7 vents installed and they were all wrapped up within 1.5 hours. Within hours we noticed the difference; the house is warmer and there's no condensation! Very happy with the HRV teams service, highly recommend.

HRV two yearly filter replacement and system check all completed professionally and by a friendly technician. HRV has really made a great difference in our house. No more wiping the windows down inside every morning of winter! Thoroughly recommend

They got hold of my number years ago when I bought this property with HRV installed, and kept calling me for filter change every now and then. I told them not to call me and I do my own filter change and they never listened. So be aware, once they have your number, it's impossible to get them off your back!

Before HRV we had damp windows and mould on window frames and curtains every winter. Now we have dry windows and warmer air temperatures in the house with no mould. HRV provided excellent service not only on cleaning and servicing our HRV but also on our heat pump for a very reasonable fee. We often wonder how we managed before installation and will never live in a house without one now. We can not rate them high enough.

At the consultation stage we weren't encouraged to buy the most expensive product but the one which was right for our home and needs. Service and installation team were friendly, punctual and very professional in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the genuinely great service from HRV North Shore.

We had an HRV system installed by the team. Instantly solved our condensation problems and made the house easier to heat. The installers were both very professional and have done a tidy job.

Best thing I ever invested in. Amazing and I got my Dad to get it as well, had a few problems but they were there in an instance to solve the problem. The people who come into the home are very friendly and efficient. Thanks HRV

Have purchased a ventilation system, bathroom extraction unit and heating/cooling unit from HRV. All the products are good quality, have been installed properly and work well. Company has been pleasant to deal with and service/installation staff have been excellent and knowledgeable.

Took only about a couple of hours to install. Extremely professional and although we thought that it might take a couple of weeks for the house to dry out - all the condensation we normally experience this time of year went immediately.

We had a lady at our address this morning replacing the filters for our ventilation system and I would like to provide some feedback, I didn’t get her name because it was my other flatmate who spoke to her in the morning, but flatmate had to go to work while I stayed at home.

She was very clear with the precautions around Covid-19 and what she needed to do in order to keep everyone safe before starting the job. She had all her PPE and it was very diligent cleaning the surfaces she touched. At the end of the job she explained what she had done and carry on checking the other ventilation fans around the house. Once she finished, she cleaned the main door handle, pick up her equipment and leave. She was also very lovely and completely professional.

Your safety plan for Covid-19 is great, and this girl completely understand the importance of following the instructions.

What a terrible experience dealing with this company! Someone called me a day before saying they are calling around in my area and can offer the better deal than the Homeshow in Auckland. Time and date was booked for yesterday. The guy called Jayson (or Jason) arrived at right time to guide us and discuss our requirements. Throughout his time, he sounded so arrogant and rude. When i referred to my comms with his office asking what better deal (as promised) he could do for us? He got offended and said which (bastxxd) said this from his company and he will listen to the communication and (fxxk) him up. He was absolutely talking rubbish, and had no clue how to deal with the customers. At one point, he even said, he leaves in $2M property to show up he is super rich! He was showing us the NZ rules saying we must sign the documents to secure the deal. When we said, we need some time to decide, and we will get back to him soon, he kept insisting that he would take measurements, sign the deal and finally got offended and said, he don't want to deal with us and walked away. Absolutely arrogant and rude person. All the time he kept repeating that he was tired of talking in the homeshow. Not out problem for sure!

We were seriously thinking about geting this company to complete this doing job, but need a day or so to discuss the offer and budget etc.

We now have some serious reservation abou the work culture in this company. We would never go back to this company, or suggest others to use this company. We only expect unconditional apologies on this matter. Be careful friends!
