I called Hydrovac and they sent a guy out within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable staff, polite and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company again and will certainly recommend to all. Great job guys thanks so much

Service from Hydrovac to replace faulty pump on my Oasis sewer system was excellent and second to none. The pump was replaced the same afternoon I called Hydrovac.

Needed an urgent service from them. They were very professional. Very courteous, and quick to respond. Out tank was professionally cleaned the very next day after the enquiry. The team on the job were lovely, friendly, and got the very full tank sorted in no time. And left everything spic and span after. I had a waste pipe that had some scoria stones in it, which kept blocking the pipe. So I needed to have them removed asap. I called around to find out how much it would cost. HydroVac we're the quickest to respond with a quote and could have the the stones removed on the same day. I had the guys come through in the afternoon. They were very thorough in making sure they had gotten the stones out. I have not had anymore issues with the pipe. They were awesome to deal with as well.

We received exceptional service from the Hydrovac professional who came to do an annual check and noted urgent action was needed in our 20 year old system. Not an easy job, he was informed, patient, skilled and completed the repair to a very high standard in a way that reflected our needs.

We recently bought our property in South Auckland, and we noticed our storm water was blocked. I called Hydrovac, and Jason was very helpful with our situation. Nathan was very efficient when arrived on our property to get our drain unblocked and gave me some good advice for future maintenance of our storm water. Highly recommend Hydrovac for any emergencies with blockage. Jason was exceptionally professional in his role at Hydrovac.

Christchurch branch. They showed up nice and quick but couldn't figure out how to fix the blockage so my OH made some suggestions which they followed and it worked. Then they charged us nearly $1000! The guy (singular) was onsite for about an hour, say 2 with travel. When we questioned the invoice it took weeks and weeks to get it sorted and still $800. Would not recommend them.

HydroVac have installed our Biolytix septic system and we also have a service plan with them. They are amazing! A great product, fantastic service and are always on time for our services or will let us know if they can't be but that was only once when Cyclone Gabrielle hit our region. I highly recommend this company.

Serviced our septic system and within days the entire system failed. Had another service agent come and tell us the system is in dire condition despite hydrovac saying the system is in perfect condition after service. Ended up fixing the system myself after getting training from the septic system manufacturer. Hydrovac are still demanding payment.
