Would have appreciated a heads up that they were coming to do septic tank service. 1st I new about job being done is when Bill was received.
This means they came onto private property. (We don't own the land) without the land owner knowing which they didn't appreciate very much.

Wayne did a great service on our system and minor repair he has always been great to deal with, and very professional

Last year, water entered the air pump area and the maintenance was not up to standard, which caused the problem to recur. There was no formal detailed price and invoice for the charges. This company deceived customers. Disappointed

Hydrovac has been servicing our equipment since 2017. If we could find someone else to do the service we would be there. We've had very uneven service from Hydrovac - wrong bills, entering property without permission or appointment, turning up on wrong day, not keeping us informed of what is happening with the service visit, reluctant to come out to an emergency, poor communication.
