I use to work for Awf and I did a day of work here. The work was fine although the manager said he would fax it back to the AWF office and he didn’t which meant I didn’t get paid. Don’t use these guys

I am immensely disappointed by the customer service I received from one of the representatives at HydroVac. Over the past year we have spent about $2000 with this company. This is a lot to spend on a home biocycle. The experiences with the technician are great, he was helpful, polite and engaged in his work. Our most recent job, a technician came for about 5 minutes and found that one of the power ports had burnt out. We told him we would get our own electrician to fix it. When I received the invoice I was shocked. The charges were ridiculous for a 5 minute simple job. The terrible service was received over the phone from Pamela when we expressed our concerns over this. She was rude, aggressive and unhelpful. This is not the type of customer service I expected, especially after being a loyal customer.
