Inspire Property Management

I must say that we haven't had issues dealing with Zoard, wno is currently managing our properties in Waiuku. He is professional to work with and very proactive in terms of providing me regular updates, which I really appreciate as I had dealings previously with another PM in your company where I have to provide follow-ups when there were issues (not a good experience). Hence, I know our properties will be well taken care of as long as we have Zoard as our PM.

I have not met Robbie yet but communicating with him via phone, text messages and emails. I find it easy to deal with him and have no communication issues. Currently he is handling a mishap that has happened on the property and with his professionalism he is assisting us as tenants where possible. He is property-aware and is keen to understand from a tenants prospective. While talking to Robbie i find that he quickly replaces negative thoughts with positives ones. He interrupts conversations politely and respectively. To conclude, I wish Robbie all the best with Inspire Property Management.

I am dealing with ROBBIE based in Auckland, he is very unprofessional, rude and don't how to talk to lady he gave me nightmare before moving into property, honestly if you are reading this review and based in Auckland don't ever talk to Robbie. Mariette and Zoard is very helpful please contact them.

Also if we I read reviews before on Robbie, I would have never ever rented this property before.

I have also emailed compliant to head department but nobody yet responded to us.

During the lockdown at level 3 there was water leaking from the back of our toilet. We thought we wont be able to get this fixed due to the lockdown and restriction.   When we emailed Robbie we received a quick response from him that he had requested the job and the next day the plumber arrived and repaired the leakage. The process was Stress free and We Thank you Robbie for your prompt response we appreciate your service, understanding. Robbie treats us with respect, and is a great property manager and highly recommend him for anyone.

My property manager Zoard has taken fantastic care of my property. He especially gives me very quick and clean replies whenever I request some works. He is a quite trustworthy manager and I've gotten reasonable advice from him when we had issues about the property. I am really confident to recommend him to others.

Angela is managing our IP in Whangarei and has been amazing. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a property manager in Whangarei.

Appalling "property managers". Fundamentally do not do their job resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars of irrecoverable damages to occur.

Do not trust them with your property, you will regret it.

We have had our property with Inspire since 2013
I cant rave enough about Zoard, he took over our property that was contaminated with meth and sorted the whole job out for me including testing, cleaning and sourcing all the contractors to sort out everything we needed.also helping with the insurance company claiming loss of rent as well as all the costs. Now we have a lovely new tenant all moved into a nice clean home.cant thank you enough!

My husband and I started renting through Inspire property about six months ago.
As tenants we found our property manager Zoard very helpful. He made our moving in as smooth as it ever can be. Also he is always there for us, whether be it replacing the light bulb with a ladder or co-ordinating the right person in case of emergency.
Zoard is the best property manager that we have come across and is incredibly prompt with his responses. We have nothing but good things to say about him.
