Inspire Property Management

Small business acting as slumlords. Had a property managed by this company for 6 months in 2018. Tenants ended up being evicted. I turned up to receive the keys on agreed date and the tenants hadn't even moved out (I took a day off work and drove one hour also). Zero apology or reason given. Tenants which they selected for me absolutely trashed the house, every room had damage, broken windows, reeked of cigarette smoke and dog feces and paint in the carpet. Smell was so bad I couldn't sell the house until carpet was replaced. I had to beg Inspire to do anything every step of the way and they only respond when you're angry. The owner of the company is Anyos Gonczy - because you'll wonder where all your money has Gonczy after trusting them.

I cannot speak more highly of Robbie Chaimowitz at Inspire Property Management in Auckland. I have been in property for 5 years now and seen my ups and downs but Robbie has managed my properties with great professionalism and would recommend him to any landlord. Such an asset to Inspire Property Management.

We have been using Inspire for just on one year now and for the last 6 months have had Rachel Duncan look after our property in Tauranga. Without a shadow of doubt, Rachel's passion to please both tenant and landlord is second to none! Rachel's great communication and friendly demeanor means we can rest assured knowing that she will look after our property as if it was her own!
If you're looking for a no nonsense property manger that gets the results you desire then Rachel is definitely the one you want to talk to!

As a remote landlord, we personally cannot speak more highly of Tracy Love at Inspire Property Management. We have absolute faith in her ability and knowledge around tenancy. She is honest, reliable and always ensures that all parties are treated fairly. She is excellent at communicating and there has never been a problem too small or too big that Tracy has not taken on aboard and resolved. Tracy has everyone's best interest at heart and we respect and trust her judgement completely. We would not consider using anyone else except Tracy Love at Inspire Property Management.

I have been with Inspire for a number of years with property in Auckland managed by Clint & property in Wellington managed by Serena. Both these managers do everything as I ask them too they have dealt with some huge issues for me over this time and no request or change is to much to ask. I highly recommend them.

Tracy from the Invercargill Branch is an utter GEM! The most 'onto-it' property manager we have ever come across. She looks after both our interests and those of our tenants in a very professional & timely manner. NOTHING gets passed her. We have more than half a dozen properties with Tracy now. When we get our next rental property, we would like Inspire to manage it based on our positive experience/s with Tracy! PS: Zelda is great to deal with too.)

I'm a tenant in a property and I find Clint (the property manager) always responsive and easy to get hold of, he sorts everything out that needs to be done. I like to think I'm a good tenant but he's streamlined everything so I never have to worry about whether something has been passed on to the landlord or not. Thank you!

Can highly recommend Inspire. They were recommended to us and when we meet management I had no hesitation having them take care of our properties. Tracy in Invercargill has been amazing! She goes over and beyond and takes the stress out of it all as we are in Auckland. She handles everything for us and I completely have faith in her to have both mine & the tennants interest at heart. She is reliable and always available. She even went to change my tennants light bulb as he didn't have a ladder! Amanda from Rotorua is also fantastic and helped sort out a previous mismanagement from a former property manager. Our Property Manger, Leonie, took all the stress out of a very difficult time with re-tenanting our Papakura property. She organised renovations, clean up and plumbing repairs. Leonie couldn't do enough for us and as far as we are concerned she definately went the extra mile to help us and kept us in the loop through out the process. We highly recommend Inspire Property Management.

I advise all home owners DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, Especially the Auckland Branch a lot of clowns who work there.

Summer just brings great joyous times with my family, enjoying, food, fun, in the sun.especially with my 90 year old Daddy coming to celebrate Christmas with us.once again.now that's a blessing - even better around a brand new Weber BBQ.now wouldn't that be an awesome start to summer.:)

An awful experience from a previous property manager caused me a huge financial loss & almost had me selling my property, but Zelda contacted me and spent a lot of time advising about how to turn the results around. Her motivation and encouragement renewed my trust in humanity. Inspire Property now manages two properties of mine in Tauranga and Gisborne, and I recommend them to all owners.

As property owners in Auckland, we were not impressed at all with this company and would advise other property owners to avoid dealing with the Auckland Branch (other regions might be fine). Allowing our property to be sublet against an express instruction, amongst other failings, caused us to change property management companies as soon as we could. The tenant is now happier too.

A great property management company with a team who really understand the complexities of the industry. Keep up the great work!
