Instant Windscreens Auckland North - Windscreen Repair & Tinting

I needed my windscreen to be replaced due to two stone chips and for it to be done at my house. This company did a great job and I would recommend them and will use their services again.

They advertise themselves as 24/7 emergency service but they are not. Even says in the FAQS what will happen if my window is smashed at 10pm, answer is they will send someone out. All i got was some call center who would not send anyone out and just kept saying they are closed. I even mentioned the FAQS to which she replied oh in order to get your window ordered etc we can only see you on Tuesday or Wednesday the earliest. I did not even tell her the make and model of my vehicle. Guess you guys do not want my business. Terrible terrible experience. You should take out that you guys provide 24/7 EMERGENCY service cause you do not. Just added stress to a already stressful situation.

I am totally impressed with the quick service.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

I've had a lot of windscreens done over the years and finally these guys do a job worth positively mentioning to others. It's usually such a painful experience but with Matt who came out to my place of work it was an absolute pleasure. Avoid smith and smith and novus like the plague, big and lazy bunch of nay sayers. Instant are the guys for the job.

It’s very easy to contact with the crews are nice and there performances is so good, they doing done well.

Terrible phone service, Did they take all of Vodafone's employees that got the boot? Overseas call center and very confusing setup to arrange a windscreen replacement.

Fantastic service. Even when discovered they had the wrong screen, it was lodged straight away and the installer called me again early afternoon to say he was on his way back to install the correct one. Fantastic to have it all sorted in a day.

I came to Instant Ws North Shore by redirection from my insurance company. I've previously twice had astounding poor service from another windscreen fixer when redirected by my insurer so I wasn't optimistic at first. As it turned out, they took all details on the first call, fixed the windscreen in exactly the time they said it would take, and were genuinely respectful towards customers of all types who came in while I read a book in their waiting area. Top score.

This company was just awesome to deal with. Polite, fast and efficient. I needed to leave our little van in there longer during the Christmas break nothing was a problem. The side window cost 400 including tinting which I thought was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

By far the best car repair experience I have ever had. The staff were friendly and informative, the replacement took half the quote time (in and out in two hours), and they took care of every little detail to make sure I could just drive away. No hidden costs or strange last-minute charges, I paid the exact amount I was quoted on the phone. Absolutely recommend this place for your next windshield replacement!

Excellent service they we're able to find a hard to get part for my vehicle, I was a little shocked at the price but when you considered the difficulty they had getting the part I guess it was fair enough.

The paintwork across top of windscreen was damaged when they replaced the windscreen. After we found the damage they sent the car to have the paintwork repaired. The paint repair was terrible and totally unprofessional. The car was then sent to another painters and the windscreen removed and a proper paint repair was carried out. The car then sat at the painters for a week waiting for the windscreen to be refitted. Once refitted and finished the car was returned to me with interior a pillar covers not properly reinstalled and clips missing, bottom shroud panel with no securing scrivet pins and wipers installed with different fixings. Instant Windscreens manager called after I brought all this to there attention and said that they would do something by way of compensation.still waiting.
