This is my 2nd time using their services. First time they did a great job to replace my Swift's windscreen. This time was a insurance windscreen cover, fast, professional and honest work carried out by these guys, I'm really happy. I would recommend these guys and their services. Thanks!

I called the North shore branch on Thursday or Friday last week to get my car window repaired. I called through to the call centre and I asked for them to transfer me through to their team in North shore so they did. I spoke with someone with a accent and I'm positive I spoke with him in person yesterday at the north shore branch. When I called up in advance last week I asked for the back left passenger window and confirmed this over the phone. I took a day off work yesterday to get my window repaired, went in and they had ordered a WINDSCREEN, WTF! Then when I went in person, the man tried to blame it on the call centre but I spoke to him over the phone? I found it rude, they said it would take another 2 days to order in the window for my car. I wasn't interested anymore since the man couldn't own it was him, I went elsewhere and got it ordered within ONE HOUR. Please feel free to go AUCKLAND AUTO CLINIC, called them after this horrible experience with this team and they were happy to help.

Had two cracks in my windscreen that I had ignored for too long and were becoming nasty. Not only did they have my windscreen in stock, but there price was great, and they could help me the same day. The expereince and service was really awesome!

My car was broken into recently and I had to have two windows replaced. They have a mobile service, so were able to come out to me, clean up all the smashed glass, and quickly get two new windows installed. Saved me a lot of hassle I feek.

These guys did a great job of replacing the glass in our car and were able to get it fixed a week faster than all the other glass companies that I called. Definitely live up to the instant name. I would recommend them.

Instant Glass Glenfield sent out glazier to fix my car window within 24 hours after all the other window repair places quoted me 10 days. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Young man was very nice and now my car is too.

Very poor service. Booked appointment and cancelled a day earlier. Asked to rebook for week after, which is not feasible and puts me in risk. Very rude and unprofessional behavior on the phone.

2 guys arrived, very polite and cheerful got on with the job fast and efficiently I have no trouble recommending this branch and the 2 guys (unfortunately didn't get their names) who replaced my windscreen
