Absolutely incredible! I have been in and out of mechanics for what felt like forever to get my rearview mirror fixed that fell off the window block. Not only where they just so lovely and accommodating, but their technician Eddie was a miricle worker and managed to fix what no one else around could do! He really deserves so much praise! And the two women in the reception, couldn't be more kind and considerate. I highly recommend! You should take your windscreen repairs to no one else, they truly deserve your business!

Called them to arrange a complete windscreen replacement through State insurance, not a problem. Had it all sorted in 10 days. Super friendly and efficient service.

Very accommodating courteous and willing to assist with a challenging repair, which I add they did not try to upsell or exaggerate just explain and be very helpful with.

I had my glass replaced last year in 2020 through insurance through these guys.

When I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, I asked them to let me know if there was any rust on the windscreen frame (I was expecting rust as its a 1992 Hilux, in average condition). I also asked again when I collected the car, I was told there was no rust.

The Fuyao branded windscreen that they used lasted less than 10 months before cracking (non fixable) in two areas on the bottom of the windscreen. This may just be bad luck however.

Unfortunately insurance charges an excess if you claim a windscreen multiple times a year, so I dealt with it and waited an extra couple months (to make it a year) before claiming again.

Today, I had Smith & Smith replace it this time, as I wanted to try XYG glass instead of Fuyao. They rang me straight away to tell me I have major rust on the top of the frame which has clearly been there more than a year.

Not impressed with the dishonesty, I could have had this all repaired a year ago with a years less worth of rust to repair. Unfortunately going to be even more of an expensive fix.

Bunch of liars have been waiting 6 days for my car to be fixed wish they just said from the beginning they wouldn't Fix my car instead of throwing me from people to people I would have taken the car some where else. Saying my car is safe to drive when their own referal
people said (Auto Diagnostic) said car is not safe to drive

Very impressed with the service and the ease with which our glass requirements have been meet this year. Instant windscreens come to our job sites and one quick phone call is all it takes to sort everything. I recommend them.

I rang to ask about repairing the rubber on my classic MGB. All it requires is some sealant and something to hold the rubber down while it dries. Not a hard job but I'd rather use a professional. The car is fully restored, new rubber just needs a little fettling. They declined because "they can't secure a replacement windscreen"? I don't need a new windscreen, there is no danger of the current one breaking, it's just the rubber.big thumbs down will not use service in the future for anything.

I called up for a stone chip repair and had it fixed that morning. Professional staff at the desk and professional quality with a reasonable price. Will definitely be using again.

Poor service, long delay to complete a simple job.poor communication with my insurance provider, it was suppose to be done by last week.now I have to wait till next year.
I have to visit branch to find out by myself, they did not organize it for me.then instant windscreens sent me to panel beaters today, but according to my claim officer that instant windscreens suppose to organize it last week.never received a call to follow it up since last week.

My insurer put me on to Instant Windscreens after a stone cracked my windscreen coming off the motorway.
Eddie came to my house to replace it. Eddie is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend him and his company for a job well done.

I was referred to Instant Windscreens by my insurer after a large rock hit my windcsreen and I needed a total replacement. Love the callout service - Eddie came to my place whilst I was working from home - easy! He called at 8am on the dot to advise when he'd be on site; he arrived promptly at the time he said he would; and he did a standout job on the full windscreen replacement, as well as cleaned my dashboard and shined my tyres. Will use IW for all future repairs.

Great service real quick aswell. Maybe one bit of feedback would be Email reminders for bookings? But the team in Glenfield were sweet as!

I had an axe come flying through my windscreen a couple of days ago and Eddie from instant windscreens did a great job installing the new windscreen to my Forester. His work ethic was excellent, took great care when removing trims, vacuumed the whole vehicle to keep me and my family safe from shattered glass & great attention to detail. I honestly can't ask for a better service this includes the office team who accommodated all my appointment changes. Eddie you are an great asset to the industry. Two thumbs up.

I was referred to Instant Windscreens through my insurance company after somebody broke into my car.

Replacement window arrived the next day, they had time to put it in immediately and the job was all done in less time than it took me to walk around the corner to PB tech and grab a pie at the bakery down the street.

Office staff were friendly on the phone and everything was a breeze when I dropped my car off.
