Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield

Came here because the competitor next door didn't have what I wanted. The tool I purchased was adequate but seems they make them more complicated than they have to be. It does question why these places can't source more different brands or these types of tools OR they aren't being made anymore. Anyway no problem with M10, friendly and helpful all round. Layout is easy to navigate and find most things.

Bought a smoker from these guys and I say it was a bargain. Would've paid 500 more for the same size anywhere else. Very good deal and they went out of there way to give me advice and check stock

I was looking to purchase a water blaster. No one offered any service or help despite many staff walking past when I finally found some one to ask for help it was like I had ruined their day.

Bought some nice drawer handles but they only had one size of cam lock nuts (or whatever you call them) but I wouldn't entirely blame that on them.

A great spot to visit and buy your bits n pieces. In the heart of the shopping area with drive/walk thru access to Wairau Rd

Visited store for building products. Trade account with opposition but didnt have size we wanted. Trade guys helpful but trade desk staff didnt have a good command of English. Cant be bothered dealing with people who dont understand so wont be back

Need more staff. Was looking for parts but couldn't find any staff to help me. Finally found one but told me to look for some one else.

Best Garden Centre on the North Shore - and they have lots of other good stuff too.
In addition to having an excellent range of plants products and services, the best thing about this M10 is the excellent advice you can get from the experienced and well informed staff - they really do enjoy you asking!

This Mitre 10 always has amazingly helpful, intelligent workers who seem pretty content to be there. The home and building products are solid and varied, both overseas and NZ options. I'm not a keen shopper but I like shopping there.

Mitre 10 is a Kiwi icon and there are many good reasons why shopping here is a joy! Aisles upon aisles of choice and friendly service from helpful, well-trained, well-informed staff are the top 2 reasons. Great online-offline integration, ample parking, quick checkouts, large, safe and roomy store layouts, Columbus Coffee.add to enhance the customer experience. We enjoy shopping here and pop in quite often for household stuff.and stuff.and more stuff

Compared to their neighbouring competitors, Mega Mitre 10 has a much higher percentage of consistently engaged staff who go out of their way to help you rather than running off down the nearest aisle to hide from customers. Shame their hours aren't the same.

Best Iced coffee we have ever had coupled with the great shopping experience of mitre 10 mega. Rate mitre 10 mega over bunnings any day! Smiles all round cheers

Super helpful guy got me a copy of instructions for a previously purchased water time. NB never buy the Jobmate timer IMHO.

I mainly buy my plants from their garden center. Great selection, reasonably priced.
Very good service. Lady called Chrisi (not sure if this is the correct spelling of her name) is extremely helpful and I really enjoy talking with her.

Always ready to answer questions and sort out what you need. I always try to get what I need at Mitre 10 Mega before trying Bunnings.buy from a local company if you can, before you hand over your money to an Australian monopoly.

Staff member explained the difference between two mowers at the same price. Made it easy to make the right decision.
