Came for a kitchen consultation with Michelle. She has been corresponding with me for a week on emails. I wasn't told to bring photos and measurements for the first meeting which she requested. Hardly could understand her. Frustrating to hold a conversation down. If you call someone to come for an initial meeting you should have requested information before they come. Not welcoming at all. Thought to try them was rather a waste of time.

Last time I visited five years ago it was a mess and nothing's changed. Was quiet with staff wandering around but nobody offered any assistance. Won't be rushing back.

When you buy 6mtr lengths of timber & you ask the yard guy to cut 4mtr lengths & he cuts them @ 3mtrs ‍️, puts them in the ute tray while you're browsing the Showroom.only to get home & realise the mistake.my Son wanted to return them, I said no.lesson learnt "measure before you leave the Yard "

I was running late on Sat evening two weeks and I desperately needed a clothes horse for my wet washing. I saw one that I liked, but they had no stock except the one on display. So the supervisor told the cashier that I can have it! Happy customer.

Don't take care of their buyers, back office lies and changes their minds when they want to with out updating you so your business will suffer. Haven't experienced worst customer service from a supplier. Makes sense why staff think the place is a joke.

This store has always given me terrible service, except once. I now avoid this store entirely because I really don’t want to deal with their attitude.

I once picked up an order and they didn’t want to give it to me. I’m assuming it’s because my real name sounds masculine to some people. They spent forever scanning my ID because the printer wasn’t working, this isn’t even a regular procedure! Meaning they for some reason thought I was stealing an order of DIRT.

I’ve complained a couple times over the year about the condescending attitude of their employees, and nothing has changed.

I once returned a rose plant that died because it had aphids/pests, and the gardening centre manager went on and on about how ridiculous returning it was and “if you didn’t water yourself everyday you wouldn’t grow. ” I had no idea how to kindly tell her to stop wasting both her & my time!?

The YouTube ad was wonderful thats why I went there but the service from the counter was terrible. 2 check out operators having a great conversation while, I stood waiting with 4 of my grandchildren ranging from 4years to 12years. Frustrated finally a kind smiling operator tended to me quickly. She was the star. A far cry from the who were in deep conversation with each other. Get trained to serve your customers first especially if they have children hanging around them like myself.

A bit disappointing that I had to wait 7 minutes as there were no check out staff working and 8 other team standing next to the check out laughing and joking

False advertising telling public there is a big clearance and absolutely pathetic items on sale.

Front is barely accessible for disabled and people riding over. Long wall of cars right at the entrance creating a narrow footway because of all the overhanging bonnets. No cycle parking either. Very poor form compared to Countdown at Southpoint. Other than that service is all good.

Visited during the first COVID-19 lockdown around March/April 2020 to purchase masks, the prices apart from that are fairly cheap probably to stay in competition with Bunnings Warehouse. It doesn't have as much items and building materials as Bunnings but if Bunnings doesn't have something the chance of finding it here is almost guaranteed. For tradies, there is a drive through into the woodwork and building materials foyer is to collect large items and heavy building materials.

Great to support local businesses particularly through these troubling times. Very welcoming and friendly staff, an excellent range of products and priced to accommodate all budgets but most importantly I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.

Sorry to say but the customer service person at the checkout wasn't very acknowledgeable, she was serving my husband and myself but talk to another staff member smiling and giving a hand wave as suppose to show bit more politeness to us, and when we walked out of the shop, we both thought she was not very pleasant in serving customers

Staff are helpful and nice to deal with. If they don't know about a particular tool they will quickly find someone who does and all with a smile.

I was looking for stakes so I had a look at the garden centre and building materials. Could not find it myself and the staff I asked went out of her way to check their system if there is stock and showed me to find it. Really appreciate it!

This branch for iems wise, it's not aggressive in DIY as next door lays Bunnings warehouse well know for aggressive DIY product selections and very helpful teams.

Great my sister pre ordered the items picked it up, was ready and waiting. Customer service was awesome
Loved the ice cream truck too.it was a hot day when we came through
