I enjoy shopping at Mitre 10.
Guaranteed finding what I need even when I'm on the go. And to top it off the staff absolutely go out of their way to assist.

Mel was really patronizing and rude to me and my mate. Horrible customer service and I will be going to back to Bunnings for all my trade needs. "Nothing I can do about it" is the quote that did it for me. Paying customers always deserve to be treated with respect. One less fence I will be buying from there.

Everyone else was great though - from the ladies at the desk to the boys in the yard:)

They went out of their way to listen to the needs of my sister, they were most patient and emphatic. They provided suggestions, were honest in their assessment of my sisters choice. Their honesty, patience and their friendly manner are to be commended.
Thank you ladies for helping my sister's who is so happy with her choice now. So much Aroha and Manaakitanga shared.

Sooo busy, ooh my gosh. When you have everything in one place I guess its gonna happen. Love mitre10 but boy this time of year is crazy.

Why open it till 7 pm if staff is just closing it before closing time.owners might wanna do some mystery shopping on how end of day staff treats customers.the checkouts girl was so laid back and to a point disrespectful.

There are a couple of unkind staff members in the timber shop. I felt somewhat insulted. They definitely need polite manners and helping minds. Fortunately another staff member helped me politely and I could buy what I wanted. However, I won't come here again and won't recommend this shop.

Great store and staff. The Columbus coffee isn't up to the normal standard of other Coffee Club locations. Small meals and they seem to be short of staff

Has its uses, but Bunnings next door offers better variety and service in most departments. Bunnings is always busy. This place never is. What does THAT tell you?

They had exactly what I went to buy. A good choice of products. Helpful service if you need it.

They offer Air Points in store now and the staff are all super friendly and fully knowledgeable it has become our go to store, because they joined Airpoints scheme.

Item looking for was twice the price of elsewhere, a screew on wooden pole. No service in the machine tools department

I don't like Bunning's. M10 is NZ owned. Much more friendly stuff. No hassles. And lots of things are cheaper then Bunning's.

Fantastic service. Was asked if I needed help. The chap that helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to find what I wanted. He turned out to be the manager. No wonder all his staff are great if he is their boss.

Huge choice of different the most expensive in New Zealand supplies and equipment.

You can find here garden tools with a price of 250 NZD per piece, tools over 1000 NZD and other stuff ridiculously overpriced.

Good friendly staff and educated workers.
Closes early and doesn't have hood loyalty program.

Walked in and looked across every isle for my product. Place was not busy.sales assistant were around everywhere but not prepared to offer any help.to busy chatting amongst the shelves.
I found what I needed, paid and walked out. Poor Service.
