I normally don't shop at Mitre 10 as I'm a Bunnings shopper, but this branch changed my mind. They had what I wanted and I could pick it up the next day - unlike Bunnings that's sold out on everything. We'll done Mitre 10. Very helpful and friendly staff on the pickup day.

Fantastic service as always. Online buying is almost as quick as going into the actual shop. Fast delivery.

It's a Mitre10 Mega so you know what it's going to be like, but I've always found the staff to be a bit friendlier than other stores.

Would give this a higher rating if wasn't for the charity people that seem to be camped full-time outside the entrance. All I want is to stroll in and buy my screws or paint, not have clipboards shoved in my face and trying to make me feel bad for not signing up with these people. Go camp outside the T. A. B.

Expensive, but a nice place to visit. Beautiful garden center with really well looked after plants.

Been here often since first opening, went there yesterday to buy something for work just to realize, just down the road at Briscoes they had the same item $30 dollars cheaper.

The staff just saved me money by explaining what I need to do rather than sell me products I didn't need. Thanks

Having for the first time purchased and paid on line. Arrived to pick up the goods an hour later to find the measurement and price didnt match. However it was sorted and halved the difference. Fair play. Great shop.

Big with plenty of aisle space. Found the items I was looking for quickly. Only bad thing was the checkout person spent the whole transaction in a loud conversation with her Co worker in the next counter. Will return

Brought a flat pack kitchen and was told they could black. But it was extra panels onto of white panels. This wasn't explained well at all and was more money. Ridiculous and stupid.

Great mitre 10 mega store the staff here are really helpful 100% better than the other mitre 10 mega stores in the bigger suburbs that don't give a damn about customer service. I recommend mitre 10 mega pukekohe.

Super useless service in the timber yard. Wanted two bits of timber, gave the dimensions to staff member and he flatly said they didn't have it - was argumentative when I suggested where it might be. I went for a browse and found it myself where I suggested it would be in less than 5 mins. Some staff training wouldn't go amiss.

Before they expire. Spend ur hard earned airpoint here! And stop and chat to an amazing rugby legend!
