We've been working with Nicol Renovations for over a year now with so many beautifully transformed bathrooms and kitchens we're proud to be involved in. Rod is passionate, meticulous and organised which are must have qualities for pain-free and smoothly run renovations. Every one of Rod's renovations are finished on time if not earlier and to budget without taking any shortcuts; which is not surprising due to his years of experience and no-nonsense attitude. As a Plumber it's hard to find builders who take so much pride in their work, giving their full attention to each renovation as Rod does. We regularly recommend Nicol Renovations to our own clients because we know he's the best!

Talking to a friend of ours, we expressed our desire to find a good builder who specialised in Bathroom Renovations. They had recently used the firm Nicol Renovations Ltd and expressed the opinion that they couldn’t fault them in any way.
So we contacted Rod Nicol and asked him to view our en-suite bathroom and give us a quote to gut it and start from scratch to make us a new one.
Upon receipt of the quote we promptly accepted it and work started very soon afterwards. Rod’s work is of a high standard, he is prompt and efficient and he has very good tradesmen working on his projects. Our carpet had protector on from day one and the job was cleaned up and tidy at the end of each day. Rod kept us informed every step of the way. The result is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with it. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

We found Rod on the community page and engaged with him to renovate our en-suite bathroom. He was brilliant from start to finish, advising and emparting his years of experience ensured the end results were amazing. Great updates and communication throughout the project was so refreshing. He’s personable and goes the extra mile.our kids asking 100 questions along with our dog that would follow him around! I engaged Rod to completely renovate my kitchen which has turned out amazing. He came over with samples to look at to get an idea of finishes when meaduring up and had great ideas on pitential designs. Rod kept in constant communication and project managed the entire renovation so I had nothing to worry about at all.
