Came in for a small window replacement and it was truely the best automotive service experience I have had. They knew who I was and immediately took my car in. I also had a chip on my windscreen and they decided to replace this as well. Within 2 hours I had two new windows and a clean car (there was still broken glass from the break-in). Well done Novus

Very bad glass repair experience. The triangular glass of my rear window was damaged, but after the repair, the door could not be opened. I communicated, but you shirked the responsibility. At that time, I didn't understand what the problem was, so I didn't repair it until wof failed. They repaired it for me but charged a fee. The reason for the damage was that your staff did not carefully install the screw, which caused the door lock to get stuck. It was a waste of my time and money. I don't recommend anyone who doesn't want to waste time to repair it. It's very unprofessional.

Hands down, one of the best customer services I have ever received. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Made my experience so easy. Job was completed fast. Great work to the Penrose team. I will recommend them to my friends and family in future.

After having our car broken into, we spoke to Michelle at Novus who was so helpful with running us through what we needed to do. We sent a picture of our glass that needed to be replaced and she got back to us ASAP to have a new one fitted in. Beyond that, Michelle went above and beyond to make our lives so much easier through a stressful time.

We got our rear windscreen replaced by Novus Glass in Penrose. The service was outstanding from the person who booked the job in over the phone to Ti - the man who was on the reception when I arrived and left. Ti was had such a pleasant manner and extremely professional in his work. Best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommend this business, they were quick and efficient with my repair. I rang other businesses but they could not get the job done for two weeks. Not what you want to hear when you have a rear broken windscreen in the rain. Novus booked me in the next day. I just had my windscreen and 2 passenger side windows repaired by Novus. The service was amazing! The girls in the office kept following up with the claim and the gentleman that repaired my glass this morning was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, efficient and he went above and beyond to clean and vacuum as much shattered glass from my vehicle. I am extremely impressed with Novus. Absolutely disgusting repair on my windscreen took my 2018 ford ranger to them and they left it in a state after repair scratched paint on bonnet and roof black markings all over the car silicon everywhere on paint, would not recommend taking any sort of car to these people.
