Novus Auto Glass Penrose

Had our back windscreen repaired at this place. Katarina whom works in the reception/office was fast and friendly! Managed to get me in the next day as a cancellation came through. The only issue was that the back wiper was installed incorrectly but once I reached out she got me in again straight away to have that fixed immediately. Katarina is a great asset to the business and it's great customer service like hers that will have customers returning.keep doing a great job!

Wow these people are amazing! From Peter who came out at night to plastic wrap my car window so rain wouldn't get it to the amazing Samantha who is very organized and kid to speak to. Not very nice having a smashed window but these people have definite gone above and beyond to make the repair easy. Great team of people here

Novis could not answer my phone call so I took the option to leave my number for a call back. Still waiting and Smith and Smith have done the job.

Not happy. My car was booked at 3 for windscreen repair and I got there on-time. Nobody looked at it until 4 and the job was finally finished at 4.30 Yes they said we will ring you when we are done but.if you are told to bring it at 3 it should be done around 3 No not impressed!

Great experience, took my car in to get the back window looked at as it was broken and they had the Peace I needed in stock and did the job in a couple of hours.

Both the staff who answered the 0800 number and the Penrose mainline were friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped me troubleshoot my problem with my side mirror (including recommending another store for a part I needed, who were also great) and were both quick and kind in-person - all on a Saturday morning too! Thanks, team.

Lost features on my car due to window screen been replaced. Issue not resolved!
Called and informed the team and still waiting for someone to return my call with a solution.

The team were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. The glass job was done quickly and well. Very very happy!

As per the other reviews - Novus Penrose is very incompetent. They replaced windscreen - but the mirror on the windscreen fell off! We made a FIXED APPOINTMENT for them to come and glue it back on - but there was a NO SHOW. I have to do more chasing because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism! WILL NOT deal with them again, even if they are our insurer's preferred repairers!

Just need to take more care when replacing windscreens. Replace my windscreen and damaged car camera which resulted in my car not working correctly as modern cars have these cameras.
And saying that lovely friendly people.

Please dont take you car here. Dodgy repair work - and they refuse to replace the glass. They just did a super hack job which left terrible scarring on the glass!

Beware going to novus glass penrose, i had taken my bmw in for new glass, and initially they had given me second hand glass and made no mention of it, then when found out they then switched to "brand new glass".
Strike one.

Then, i had found out they had damaged my door and surrounding rubber trim due to slack standards of mounting glass and/or putting on the temporary plastic film.
Strike two.

After all this was made clear to Trevor the manager/boss he had told me he would get this resolved and it has now been months since the incident with no news from either Trevor or novus glass penrose.
Strike three.

Would highly not recommend going to this place with your car if you care for it

Novus did a great job replacing my windscreen, however, the man who did the job wiped down the outside areas surrounding my windscreen with paper towels, which left fine abrasions everywhere. It looked like 1500 grit sandpaper was used on my upper bonnet and and roof areas. The guy also had dirty hands and left finger marks all over my interior windscreen pillars which very was annoying. Novus did apologise for the damage though and got it fixed, which I was happy about. Unfortunately, this review is two stars short, due to the inconvenience I was caused.

Booked technician didnt show up. Called, told will get back to me soon. Waited 2 hours and called again. On hold for half hour and puts me on voice mail. Left message no-reply. Never had this experience with AA auto glass or smith and smith. Wasted all day waiting. I am sure this post would change their business manner and attitude towards customers. There will be just no response

I was advised by txt message that a technician would contact me within a few days to schedule an appointment. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no call back. Won't be using them ever again

Awesome people and a great job on my 2007 Mazda. The new windscreen is a better model than the old one.
