Novus Auto Glass Penrose

They did a good job on a glass but a little bit more care could be taken with cleanup. Found heaps of residue inside and outside the car. Fingerprints all over mirrors, that kind of thing. Overall still impressed though, thanks guys.

Two weeks to book an appointment, don't answer phones, don't call back, don't reply to emails, broke my car while fixing the window, and now won't sort out the repair after promising to do so.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They fixed my window and had me back on the road in a few hours.

Extremely rude. Called up and asked how much it would be to replace a windscreen and when I could get it done. The lady basically told me I was wasting her time if I'm just asking for a quote. Called back to speak with the owner and was blatantly called a liar, not even so much as a apology on behalf of the rudeness of her staff member.

Excellent service in all aspects! Communication is prompt and precise. Very easy to deal with. When I dropped off my car there smashed glass everywhere in the back as it had got broken into, and didn't have time to clean it. They repaired my window excellently and cleaned up ALL the glass! Excellent service.

Didn't had great experience. Broken window didn't cleaned it properly. Smith and smith gave a better service
