What an awesome customer service experience! The guys who fix the windows are so professional and so accomodating! They keep us updated and allow us to make the choices by providing us with options that will work for our vehicle!
My car got broken into, window was smashed on the passenger side and the frame was bent.
The team tried to straighten it as much as they could, which they didn’t have to, but helped out as much as they could.
It’s a very busy business, however they’re so friendly and welcoming and assist with our issues while we’re frantic about our windows being smashed or cracked!

First, another glass repair told me that my small scratch on the windscreen could be repaired for only 90 dollars in 15 min, I called my insurance (AA) to have a reimbursement and they ve guided me to NOVUS to have the repair done.

Novus totally scammed me. When I ve arrived, they didn t tell me anything, warn me of any risk, they've just removed my windscreen, broke it and then refused to put another one on because there was humidity around the windscreen area, like many other cars around. The only solution was to pay 600 dollars and have my car moved to another garage to remove the bit of rust and that would take 2 open days, so no car to work and this weekend (it should cost 200 dollars normally and can be done very fast).

My insurance wouldn't pay the 600 dollars and they couldn't do anything about it.

The girl at the reception would laugh to my face and be really mean to me once she already scammed me. I needed my car to go to work right after and had all my things in my car.

I warn you, don t go there you might end up in big troubles

At the end, I had my car towed to a good glass repair and they fond a fast and easy solution without any problem.

Staff are all lovely. The ladies at the reception have good customer service skills, guys working at the back are all friendly too. Had windscreen replaced here. Job finished within two hours - awesome! Just the finishing touches aren't quite there, scratches from trying to yank things out.

I looked at the reviews and decided to go with Novus (Wiri) and I’m so glad I did. My insurance company said they (Novus) will take care of the rest after booking it in and they literally took care of everything.

The customer service I received from day one, up to the completion of the job was excellent! No issues whatsoever and the lady (sorry didn’t ask her name) I spoke and met with was really lovely and welcoming.

The job was completed within two hours (I think) for my Wrangler JK and have not experienced any issues so far with this wet weather.

Update: two months later and I haven’t had any sort of leakage.

Very helpful person to fix our windscreen, had it booked in Saturday morning, the windscreen was installed in 1h half. Would recommend this place to get your windscreen replaced.

The front of house person (I believe her name was Rachel) was extremely helpful, accomodating, and hospitable when I was waiting upstairs. I highly recommend her!
But the service of the workshop was terrible - my first visit resulted in a leaking windscreen (that resulted in carpet damage), I went back and it was found that they left out a plug or a screw. So they fixed their previous error but later in the day, after I had left my second visit, it started raining again and I discovered they hadn’t reattached the windscreen wipers correctly and I had to get help to correct this error so that I could drive safely in the rain. Both visits resulting in such big errors is a pretty poor pattern.

The team At Novus Glass South Auckland are extremely helpful, friendly and very professional in their services. Repaired 2 x chips in the windscreen were fast and efficent and I would highly recommend Novus Glass South Auckland for windscreen repairs. Thank you team for your awesome service.

I have to rave about the Office Manager Rachael. Very accommodating, friendly and can talk about anything and everything. She makes you feel like she has known you for ages! She was able to tell me quite quickly what type of windscreen I needed and was able to book me in on a date and time that suited me. Awesome service, very fast too! I highly recommend you come here for your windscreen repairs.

This is the only place to actually give me a quote for my windscreen replacement. I'd rung six other companies and even went into one in manukau city who didn't know how to give a quote n told me to ring their office, smith and Smith that's bad service, I'll stick to novus any n every day of the week. Had my windscreen replaced by Simon. Service was exceptionally quick and troublefree. All staff were friendly and aimed at customer satisfaction. I definitely would recommend them to all. AA+.

Novus is certainly the place to go to if you need winscreen replaced! Great service which was done really fast. Had previously used Smith & Smith who where absolutely useless and would never go back to them. What took S&S about 3 months to sort out took Novus 4 days.

I don't use any other chip repairers since a bad experience with Smith & Smith. They are so easy to deal with. Keep up the good work!
