Really good experience. Explained everything that was happening and the couch was comfortable. Its takes time so be prepared for a few hours if it's full replacement windscreen.

Amazing service and the office ladies really know their stuff! Will never use Smith and Smith again as they told me I needed to wait 2weeks and the job would take 2.5hrs. I was in and out of Novus in 30min! Top service

Staff very friendly & helpful. Ordered my window glass & booked for installation 2 days later. Quickest & cheapest quotes I could get around my area. Just a couple of issues with installation, could still here broken glass in the drivers door every time I closed it & also forgot to connect the speaker wires back up ‍️
Also the rear door panel was not in position properly after installing the small triangle glass. You get what you pay for i suppose
Would still recomend.

Excellent service. Managed to fit be in on short notice, and did a quick and great job. Angela was great to deal with and goes beyond the service you would expect. Highly recommended.

1 hour into our drive down South a stone had chipped our windscreen. Decision was made to head back to Manukau and find a windscreen/chip repairer.
Happy Novus could service it immediately and in no longer than 30mins we were happy with 2 chips repaired at an affordable cost.
