Needed a smashed quarter light replaced.
Novus had it ordered, and waiting for me, while the insurance was organizing the claim details.
Took my car into Novus at the appointed time and my window was replaced within 20 minutes of arrival!

Brilliant service. From the initial contact. Lovely lady on the phone took care of the insurance, ordered my screen etc gave me the next booking and then it was all done! I thought something like this would stress me the f out! Thank you Novus Manukau. If I had to use this service again, I would. Recommend to everyone.

Excellent service! I arrived a bit early of my appointment and they thankfully did my vehicle straight away. Very thankful and would recommend to anyone. (Just wish they'd replaced the registration pocket for me).

You were supposed to contact me when you had clearance from the insurance company to replace my windscreen and I've never heard from you since. Not good form at all. Gordon Gibson Aston Martin DB9. Reg: JMQ600

Contacted branch to get trim replaced. Send through photos and they siad they would send someone out to look at it, then they cancelled, then they advised they couldn't help due to the age of the vehicle. Rang another company and they were out the same day and had the job done in 10 minutes. The old trimming had some type of metal extrusion which made it appear that the body of the vehicle may have had rust.which i explained the vehicle did not. None the less.glad i went with the other company. They only charged $65 for the repair which also include their call out fee. Now can i show u my crack novus?

My parents got the glass installed here around 1pm yesterday. The craftsmanship and customer service was generally satisfactory except when my parents were asking to use the toilet, they were treated by a staff (who was working upstairs) with very bad attitude. It would be great to have her name so I can file a proper complaint.

Smith&Smith gave me the absolute run around. For two months I was without two of my cars’ windows, and then Smith&Smith said via text they were cancelling me.

At first order wrong glass.
Rebook following week they do the job and scratch the canopy. Rough job. Never use them again

I called last January 28,2022 for a repair of windshield. I have been calling them for at least every week to follow up. I even gave them my email address to give me an update and said they will email me of what is happening. So far I did not receive any email from them for an update. I ended up calling them again. In 6 days time it will be two months of waiting for them to repair. I am still waiting at this time…

Considering the late notice with our back car window the team here were very prompt to attend to our needs and sorted it straight away. I want to thank Rachel for her open communication and her great reassurance for our car to be in good hands. The team here went above and beyond. Fast and efficient great communication. Thank you

Would you really want to get your car repaired here when their workmanship guarantee won't apply if you sell your car. What does that really mean? If it fails within a short period of time they can hide behind bad workmanship if you sell your car. I appreciate you can't guarantee everything but a company should guarantee their workmanship full stop.

My rear windscreen broke due to the weather/frosts and a defect in the glass. My insurance company put me in contact with the Penrose office first and then we switched to Manukau because it was closer.

Right off the bat, I noticed how nice and friendly the lady was on the phone at Penrose. When I spoke to Manukau I got the same awesome and friendly service.

The repair was done in less than a week including ordering the glass in. The repair man that came to install the glass had the same friendly and professional manner.

This company must have a really good culture as everyone is well above the normal level of customer service that you get from anywhere.

Absolutely fantastic and I am totally blown away by how good they are!
