These guys were easy to deal with, very happy with the work done for our new heat pump. The entire process was very professional! Definitely recommended.

The team from Oxy Air installed a heat pump for us last Thursday 31st Aug 23. Absolutely could NOT fault anything about their entire process.
Dan came and did the quote and we received it on the spot. We did a comparison with another company and did not receive their quote until almost 3 weeks and two reminder emails later and a separate electrician turning up to quote that side of the job.
With Oxy Air, everything Dan said would happen did happen. We accepted the quote. Dan submitted it. We had a call the next day from, Magda in the office called to discuss and confirm a date for installation which was going to be 5 days later.
Ashley from the office then called the day before installation to make sure we still were happy with the team arriving the next day and confirming times.
The next day the first van arrived and Damien talked to us about the installation and discussed the best place for it again and he started work. A short while later another van arrived with the electrician Rosco I THINK his name is and his apprentice and then a third van arrived with another installer. Super efficient!
We could not have asked for better service. All of the guys were really friendly and cheerful.
I think that the fact that the company handles everything with their own crew instead of out sourcing to an electrician makes the whole process so straight forward. Everything the company said would happen did happen exactly on time. Damien cleaned afterwards, even ran the vacuum round the carpet under the unit. All packaging and rubbish taken away. So we highly recommend Oxygen Air.

Edit - I have updated my review to 5. Once the issue was sorted, it’s been a fantastic unit.

After 10 days the unit stopped working. I called Oxygen Air for help and they told me it would be another week or so before a technician could come and look at it but it was good before that.

I recently had Oxygen Air install 3x heat pumps in my home, referred by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the service received. From the initial site visit (Callum), arranging the job (Megan), to the installation (Julius), the team was really easy to deal with and professional. They arrived on time for every appointment and suggested the best system for my house. When seeing an improvement on the plan during the install, they communicated clearly and got it done. Overall, I highly recommend Oxygen Air for anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions.

First consultation was honest and helpful, enabling me to choose the heat pump best for me. The installers were friendly and great at their job. The heat pump was everything I wanted.

From first inital contact, dealing with the Team at Oxygen Air was a breeze, reliable, friendly and efficient. Thank you to Tom and Kashmir for their timely installation, they also left everything tidy and I will now enjoy a comfortable and cosy home, thanks to the professional service and great communication from all the team. 10/10

I am pleased with the service Oxygen Air provided for us and I have had 3 heat pumps installed they left the place clean and tidy and guaranteed for 6 years and easy to use

Emailed to book servicing for heatpump, they asked to pay before which was fine. Later received an email confirming the date of visit. So I took day off from work.
I received a call saying the technician is sick and he can't come on the booked date, I said I have wasted my leave and they should send some other technician.
Finally they agreed to send someone. The technician came and informed that one of the heatpump needs gas. And the company will email me the quote. After emailing several times they said they can top up gas but they will not give guarantee that it will work.
Despite of several email I never received the form mentioning what things were done during the visit. (in the first email company asked first thing was advance money, for which they will give confirmation which was done after I asked them, and third things was mentioned about the form which shows what things were checked during servicing after paying 495nzd. I never received this form.
Very disappointed oxyair should show same enthusiasm in there service as they show while asking advance payment

By far the worst company we have ever experienced. We spent $8000 on a ducted Fujitsu system. This system requires a yearly service which I have been trying to book for the past month. I’ve called 4 times and each time they tell me the same thing “we will have someone call you back”. No one has ever called me back. I tried one more time today and the lady said she would escalate my frustrations. I then get an email back to say that I should try in 6 weeks times when they would “maybe” be free. It’s totally ridiculous. I have no idea what other business operates like this. They are the only company to take your money before the job is even done as they ask for credit card details on the phone. Servicing a product that is so expensive should not be this difficult. Totally unprofessional and extremely frustrating way of conduct from Oxygen Air. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very discreet and clean install of my Fujitsu heat pump, price was terrific too. No complaints whatsoever!

We had an expensive inducted AC system installed in our house with these guys about 4 months ago and it is still not working. Each time we ask for someone to return to fix it, we go through the same process of waiting weeks for someone to come out and when they finally turn up, they say it is fixed but the issues remain. They leave with good intentions and promise to return but you never hear from them again, then you have to chase them to see if they're coming back. A painful process that continues to have no solution. Our next step will be to seek a refund. Not a good experience at all.

Awesome experience having a ducted system installed by Oxygen Air.

Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional, from the initial contact with the customer service team, the sales guys and also the fantastic team of installers who tidied up well afterwards and even went the extra mile to fill in holes left by the HRV system being removed.

Couldn't be more happy with the whole process, great company to deal with.
