Their sales guys was good, explained the options and costs clearly. The install was fine. But the support has been the worst I have ever encountered from any company ever! The unit developed an issue 8 months after install, and it took 6 weeks of continual phone calls and emails just to get their support team to call me back. Finally got a technician out, he did some diagnosis, determined it was a leak but didn't have the gear to fix or replace the problem. That was 2 weeks ago, and still haven't heard back and am unable to actually get through to their support.

I would highly recommend using Oxygen Air. I got incredibly professional and comprehensive recommendations and advice from Ezra today. If you want excellent service and trusted advice, Oxygen Air is the way to go.

Oxygen Air installed a split system and multi-split system into our home. From the beginning they made us feel comfortable by being professional and discussing our options in a lot of detail with us, including how the overall exterior pipe runs would look. The installation team (Jane and Julius) were fantastic, vacuuming after they finished and overall installation is very neat and tidy, exactly what we wanted. Both systems work exactly as we wanted.

Had Oxygen air install a ducted system in a couple years ago. Have since attempted to book them in for servicing this system via multiple avenues but to no avail and zero response everytime. Was impressed by their prompt responses in past but have been let down after several attempts. Unsure how to proceed from here.

We had a new heat pump installed at our place. Don, Alistair and Anev completed the install promptly and professionally. Friendly and efficient service, I would highly recommend Oxygen Air for any jobs you need done.

The people at Oxygen Air were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was my first time purchasing a heat pump and getting it installed, so it was a daunting new experience for me, but Oxygen Air made it easy. The initial in-home consultation/quote experience was very smooth. Dan was very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions and provided me with all the options I needed. I never felt pressured by him to buy something that I didn't need. Once that was done and I had picked the model of heat pump I wanted, it was a bit trickier to get book a time to get it all installed, because: (1) they didn't have my model in stock and were waiting for their overseas supplier [but I believe that was a problem faced by many other air con suppliers due to supply problems overseas so not really their fault], (2) getting ahold of someone at Oxygen Air to actually book the installation appointment was difficult and I kept being diverted to some central office who didn't actually do the bookings so I kept having to call back until I could get someone who actually could schedule the booking. There was a bit of a wait (up to five months, if I recall correctly) between having my in-home consultation and the actual installation done due to having wait for my unit to be in stock and waiting for a free slot as Oxygen Air were booked up full for a long time. When the installation finally happened, the variety of people who came to my home to do the installation were professional and cleaned up after themselves.
Overall, for my first experience getting an AC purchased and installed, it was relatively smooth and trouble-free, except the whole back-and-forth trying to book my appointment and the time it took between getting my quote and getting the installation done. While some of this wasn't really their fault as there were supply issues outside of their control, it's just something for future buyers to be mindful about, particularly if you have deadlines to stick to.

Ronil and his team recently installed aircon in my home. They were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am impressed by the results and the state they left my home in. I recommend them.

Having given these guys a rave review regarding the installation of my Ducted system, unfortunately the same cannot be said regarding after sales service.
After 2 years we developed a leak in our ceiling which was traced to a sag in a 3 meter span of unsupported drain line which caused the unit drip tray to overflow in the ceiling and eventually cause a hole to develop.
Oxygenair have put the blame on me due to not having the unit serviced for 2 years. Also they were adamant nobody would come and investigate unless I paid the $400 service fee in advance. Service man came and could not comment on the cause of the issue? Said he"d talk to his manager. Ive heard nothing.
Clearly an install issue and still unresolved.

I have had several heat pump dealings with Oxygen Air over the last few years. I have always found them good to deal with. Good value with a real wish to give the best possible outcomes. I have never been disappointed with the products or service and based on my experiences I would recommend them.

Recently called to book in an installation two weeks ago. They ask for payment upfront which is their company policy. So I had to pay first. Come to the day of service, no show, no phone call to let us know they are not coming. In the end, had to chase them up. Asked two weeks ago that I wanted to install another unit, told me someone would call me back. No one did.

Oxygen Air made the whole experience of having a heat pump installed such an easy process. I had a follow-up call the next day. Chris gave great advice about the best type for my apartment and installation was fast and efficient. Kailash and Akash turned up right on time and explained what they were going to do, and even took shoes off when they first came in. They cleaned and offered to vacuum after they finished and Kailash even tried to remove some glue left on my wall after I removed a picture! I would recommend Oxygen Air to anyone wanting a heat pump.

Recently just replaced my old broken AC with Oxygen Air, it was one of the best experiences i had so far. I put an online enquiry and an admin lady contacted me in few hours’ time and booked site visit. The salesperson Brent came on time and was super friendly, explained everything to me in details. After site visit the admin lady called me few hours later and emailed me the quote and invoice, also confirmed installation date and time. The installation was efficient and neat, technician even came earlier and just waited outside my house. The whole experience could not be any better, every single staff in Oxygen air was great.

Great team to deal with. Super speedy communication, installation & follow up photos. Good price & advice. Our tenants were really happy with the recommended heat pump. I would highly recommend.
