Oxygen Air Heat Pumps

Just had a very bitter experience with the secretary, Ophelia. Very rude, untoward and unaccomodating would be an understatement. I didn't receive a call back for a quote until I called back twice and specifically asked for it. Also the person who called me back, straight off quoted me a price for the job I had requested but immediately asked impatiently, "so does this look like something you will be able to afford? " I mean, if I couldn't afford it, why would I want to ask for it to be installed in the first place?
Maybe the entire team is in need of a crash course in "speaking manners" as a timely Christmas Present.this season, try humility for a change. Rudeness just cost your team $11500)
They might probably be good at what they do (? Based off what others have reviewed), but their customer service is plain rubbish. IQ without an EQ amounts to zero. Clients are won by Kindness and not egoistic impatience.

I highly recommend Oxygen Air Heat pumps to anyone that’s looking for an amazing experience. Very professional in what they do, I would go to them without having a second thought. Wish them all the best:)

Not sure if been a repeat customer helped but got quote Wednesday pending a month lead time, they had a cancellation my heat pump was installed two days later. Can't get better then that, excellent company, highly recommended

Very disappointed with Oxygen Air. Very unprofessional to deal with they lost parts of my heap pump and air ventilation unit and installed the ducting terribly then left and didnt returned for months because the controller was lost and know one can find it! Kept trying to call our initial point of contact person Zuber with no answer! Just shockingly poor service and installation. The technician who came to install the unit said it's his first time installing and he doesn't quite know what to do! Just the worst experience! Now months have passed and we still don't have it operating because they found the controller but the cord to connect the controller is lost! Just unacceptable!

Great company to deal with. Prompt initial contact, honest expert advice, and efficient installation. There was a very small delay in delivery (something out of their hands) and they were quick to keep us informed as to installation date. Would reccommend.

Every aspect of this purchase was completed professionally and smoothly. The sales rep was punctual and knowledgeable, the price was completive and installation was completed on time. The installers listened and complied with our preferences and cleaned up after themselves. I would totally recommend Oxygen Air.

What a GREAT experience with Oxygen Air!

I had my Ducted System Installed about two months ago now and waited to write my review to see what the aftersales service was like.

I requested a quote through the website, which was already very informative, I then received a call the very same day from Ophelia the office lady who booked us in right away.

Ezra the Salesman came to see me very knowledgeable and professional gentlemen who helped me every step of the way and ran me through the options of a multi-system and a Ducted heat pump system. The job was complicated but Oxygen Air were up to the task. Ezra along with the Engineer worked out a great Ducted solution for my home including full Wi-Fi Capability.

On the day of installation, the guys arrived 30min early and due to the perfect planning and well thought out solution the job went without a hitch, the five young tradesman that did the install worked with precision and speed and before I knew it, they had installed the system and most importantly cleaned up behind themselves. They were also up to speed on how the system works and gave me a full rundown of the system and its Wi-Fi capabilities. I could not find a fault with the service from Oxygen Air.

The system has been performing even better than expected and I am glad we could get it all sorted before the winter rush. I am more than happy to Recommend Oxygen Air to other friends, family and will be using them in the future for my rental properties. Competitive on pricing, efficient and just an overall great company

Had a great experience with Oxygen Air. The technician came and measured the space in the house and then sat with us explaining which size machine would be best for the area. He quoted us on various models and did not try and force us to buy anything we weren't comfortable with. The installation team was amazing. Quality workmanship and super efficient. I looked for something to criticize but there wasn't anything. You can't go wrong with Oxygen Air. They went the extra mile to make our experience memorable. Thank you.

I had three quotes done and Oxygen Air gave me the best deal.
I called for a quote on Monday, had my quote done the very next day, a week later I had a lovely new Fujitsu heat pump. I don’t know how I lived without one before, it has changed my life.
The installers were great they communicated with me through out the whole process to make sure I was happy with every little detail. Gurvinder and Matthew did a wonderful job and are a credit to the company. Before the guys left they did a quick tidy up and ran me through the operation of the unit.

We got Fujitsu ASTG18KMTC 6kw heat pump as it was recommend by Dan and it works perfectly fine.

The installers were great too, got in there and got it done quickly with no mess.

After having an all time epic fail with an air conditioner company in Australia, I was nervous about installing a ducted system in our home in Auckland. Chris was fantastic to deal with and had all the knowledge about the options available to us. The price was very competitive and I loved that an engineer came out prior to install to go through everything. The installation team were so professional, fast, efficient and tidy. I Have already recommended oxygen air to a friend, and would absolutely use them again! 10/10.
