Palmers Remuera

Old lady (probably a manager?) has a bit of racist attitude towards to Asians. I simply asked if there was a smaller size of a plant, and she looked up and down at us and said, "we don't sell it here. Especially to you. " and point finger at myself. We used to come here for all our indoor plants, but I don't think I will ever going to come back here.

Amazing service (especially from Louise). Delma was friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with everything they did for us.

Waited way too long for a takeaway coffee, which came in their cup. Ran out of time and had to leave having paid for a coffee I didn't get. Slow and a ripoff.

Very disappointed that the coffee shop has not been open on multiple occasions. I even checked online if it is open before we went and even though the website said it was it is closed once again. This time for 3 weeks.

Customer service was very accommodating, peaceful calm atmosphere. Offered plenty of potted plant options

Staff are quite unhelpful these days. The plants are very healthy so I will continue to shop there for the time being.

Very disappointing service, Going forward I will stick to spending my money with the lovely people at Kings Plant Barn in St Lukes and shall never go back or recommend to Palmers in Remuera ever again.

Got everything I needed but no lemon trees to be had. Great selection of large pots for balcony.

One of my favourite garden centres in Auckland. Quite big with a huge variety of plants, gardening supplies and decoration. Staff are helpful too.

Level 3 Covid. Contactless? I don't think so. After showing my 'personal' shopper a picture on my camera of the product I wished to buy, she looked but couldn't find it and told me they probably don't have it. She asked to see the picture again and when I showed her she proceeded to put her hands on my phone screen to enlarge the picture. I was taken aback. We had a very brief discussion about the website being slightly misleading because I drove out there specifically for this product. She asked to see the picture again and put her fingers on my screen again. I then said to her that " I'd rather you don't touch my phone" after which she shrugged her shoulders, mumbled ok in a very dismissive 'whatever' sort of way, turned her back to me and walked away.
How can a person have such audacity to touch a customer's phone without permission, especially during Level 3 when that should be a huge nono. And bad mannered to boot. Wow.
Palmers Pakuranga: Awesome! Palmers Remuera: you have a lot to learn. And I wasn't the only disgruntled shopper there. Never again. Do not recommend if you value safety and customer service.

Online order took around 3 days. Click and collect was easy. You can also drive up and get many different products without going online. Great setup.

What a fabulous experience ordering some plants by email, for "click and collect' from Palmers Remuera. My helpful assistant Sasha went above and beyond to try and help me get a variety of plants to suit my needs and was professional and knowledgeable in her recommendations. Although this is not my local store, I will definitely use Palmers Remuera in the future.

Amazing shop! Been there 4 times over lockdown, and all the staff are fantastic! Great plants, variety and super helpful team. Love this place! Definitely worth the 20min drive to get there.

Great place to sort out all your gardening needs. All types of plants, easy to get around and seem to have no problem getting a parking spot. This is one of my local gardening centres and even though I do visit the others, I will still continue to come to this one as well.

We stop coming here because it's ridiculously overpriced, and food is below average. Staff is laughing to your face, very bad service not happy
