Pizza Hut Newmarket

Bought one classic cheese and one Hawaiian, the only difference is tomato sauce on Hawaiian. Very less cheese and no ham or pineapple on Hawaiian at all. It seemed owner changed strategies to make more money, less customer. Good on you. Never come back.

Nice pizzas, well coocked, pretty tasty and very afordable like always, Nice people too, recomended

Satisfied: Staff are friendly and store is clean.
Order is sometimes late, about 5 minutes.

(Cannot be compared to Pizza Hut Hobson street, where the manager shows obnoxious attitude to customers)
I always get what I ordered for and will definitely come back.

P. S. My favourite is mozzarella stuffed crust.

Customer service is excellent, along with normal pizzas spicy pizzas are also available as we request.

I ordered from Uber eats delivery was fine but the pizza um haha i add on extra bbq sauce and mayo drizzle but where is it?

Less staff, more orders, due to lack of staff they took more time, no one responding phone call for 30 minutes

Great store, great pizza. I opted for the Loaded Hawaiian pizza on a San Francisco style base and it did not disappoint! Both the pizza and wings were hot and fresh at pick up as well. 10 points to Gryffindor!

Tried to confirm order and no communication rude staff on phone need to train staff for customer service

One pizza order got charged four times.now tried to get a refund for a month. Can't get hold of anyone!

A very disappointing experience at the Newmarket branch.
We pre-ordered pizza online in advance for a children’s birthday party. Pizza delivery was scheduled for 12pm. By 12: 15 we hadn’t received the pizza so rang the store to be told it was on it’s way. By 12: 30 it hadn’t arrived so we tried calling the store but no answer. Finally after arranging an alternative lunch for a group of hungry kids the pizza arrived an hour later at 1pm.
A call to the Manager in the following week (after not responding to our previous messages) she offered a poor excuse that the store was busy and ‘it happens’. Not apologetic at all and really didn’t care. The message we had wanted to get through was that a simple call or text to explain the delivery was late would have mitigated the situation. Really poor customer service and certainly wouldn’t purchase from here ever again.

This is the worst pizza hit in Auckland. 2 clumsy ladies there. When you order pizza with add ons, they dont put. Few fillings. Don't go there. Terrible. Worst experience.

Was brought some foods from here and it was okay, pizza: 8/10, garlic bread: 6/10, chicken bits: 9/10

Basically bread (not cooked long enough) with minimal toppings.

Pizza was as good as you'd expect. Though we ordered on the night when Covid level 4 was announced, and seems the community decided to mass order to have a last bite of fast food for what would seem to be a few weeks. Which meant ohr food was only ready nearly 2 hours after ordering. Could definitely be better.

Quite disappointed as there was way less filling this time and we’ve been frequents to this branch of Pizza Hut for a long time. Will not be revisiting

Absolutely appalling customer service. The main gentlemen who appeared to be perhaps the manager (should definitely not be) was rude, nasty and grumpy. Myself and my family and friends order all the time for your newmarket store but as a result of this man and how rude he was we will never order from there again. This is NOT the first time I have had an issue with this guy. He makes everything difficult, will never accept if he is in the wrong and displays horrible behaviour.
