Pizza Hut Newmarket

Slow and slightly rude service, also did not follow instructions specified in online order until prompted when I went to pick up my order

The guy behind the counter was very rude.i am giving 1 star just because there is no other option for 0 star rating.

From all the pizza hut places ive been to i haven't seen such in my life hardly any meat on the pizza even sauce i suggest they need to look into this cause to serve a pizza like this even for a simple plain one which I've got many times from other pizza hut places this is just croockery plain and simple

Fairly good pizzas at good prices.
I like that it is so easy to view their entire menu and order online for pickup or delivery.
I was staying about 5 minutes away from this location when I was in Auckland. I ordered online, left my home almost immediately, and my pizzas were ready within a few minutes after I arrived.
Their menu includes options that are gluten free and vegan cheese is available, too.
So 4 stars for convenience and price, but the pizzas are not absolutely the best.

Chap that served me & packed my pizza whilst waiting he was constantly on ph & rubbing his nose had no gloves & didnt wash his hands i wont be coming back!

Very bad pizza I ever had, she got to put any sous on it I ordered Chicken apricot but there's no apricot flavor

Raw pizza, terrible customer server, literally got so sick. Chinese are so rude and should get deported.

Only one staff so busy to prepare food. Other customers and I wait a long time to order. He saw us but maybe too busy for preparing food.

One time i went to this branch, the pizza was so bad that we just couldn't eat it anymore. The clothes they wear is absolutely dirty. Customer service is also very terrible, they wouldn't admit that they've got the order wrong, even though i can clearly remember it. Never coming here again.

There was a single lady staff, she took our order in a very friendly way. There were another number of orders coming and she managed everything alone! Great customer service!

They give me half cooked pizza, Don’t go there. Very bad experience & one crew boys attitude is also Beth bad with costumers.

Good pizza but make sure you are clear about your order as they do get the order wrong sometimes

Very well situated near the Newmarket Station and the service is good. When I done my order, they were quite busy, but my food I ordered was completed in less than 10 min. Friendly staff.
Business hours are great in the evenings.

Fast service if you order online and pickup. Helpful staff and great food. Clean interior as they had renovated recently.

Ordered double cheese on gluten free, looks like they went for half cheese (didn't even attempt to cover to edge). Then they didn't put the bbq swirl on the second pizza that you now have to pay for. Pizza hut is OK, just don't go to this branch (not first time they have screwed up order)

Fast, cheap, friendly service from the team at Pizza Hut Newmarket.

However, I cannot recommend this quality of food to anybody. You can do so much better.

This level of food quality will not only ruin your body, but also have a negative impact on your mental health. This is common knowledge. You're just turning a blind eye to it so you don't feel as shameful when you eat garbage.

The fact that most of us are still falling for this advertising and purchasing this junk is disturbing.

You know you look like an unattractive, unlovable loser when you eat this stuff.

Your body is a temple. Learn to love it.

The pizza was good. However one of their cashiers is shockingly bad. She forgot my order, Doesn't call out when orders are ready, got my orders wrong and refuses to take responsibility when she does make a mistake. Some of this has happened twice now.

this store is very stingy with toppings! Just because your in Newmarket doesn't mean to say you can be stingy with those toppings!

The Pizza Hut is a delightful restaurant. Very kid friendly. It has much more the pizza on the menu but I like their pizza. My favorite meal is lunch. I relax and enjoy a pizza and a salad.

I added $2.00 extra for pineapple topping for my Apriot chicken deluxe pizza; Found out after I left the store that they didnt add any pineapple. No tomato sauce option for the chicken bites. Uneven cut for the pizza with some big and some small. No salt/seasoning for the chips.
Not coming back to this store.
