Pizza Hut Newmarket

Underrated and overlooked which is understandable when it’s up against Auckland’s go-to $5 Domino’s. Pay a wee bit extra for a way better pizza that will still hit the spot when you’re home from a night out or hungover the next day:)

Very rude and no emphathy. I jave ordered 2,1 pizza was very dry and another one was so soggy bread was like soaked in water for long.

How can you tell if a business has good customer service? When things go wrong. People are humans: we (staff and customers) sometimes make mistakes, we don't always communicate perfectly, there are differences due to age and culture and experience, etc. So things do go wrong. And that can be upsetting at the time. But this is when it happens, that you will know - really, deep down - how good or dreadful their customer service is. Once the dust has settled, you will hopefully look back objectively and make a fair assessment on how your case was handled. You might even discover goodwill gestures only later on. Anyway, I won't go into details but let me say that Pizza Hut Newmarket demonstrated last night the BEST customer service I ever received in New Zealand. By miles! Even better than what I was used to in the USA and Japan, and that says a lot)

Yesterday night we have ordered pizza and the quality of the pizza is 0 /10 and absolutely zero customer service, and rude on top of that for asking a refund don't waste your time and money by ordering from this store

Home delivered it was terrible was not cooked underneath much not much filling and cold.never again will I buy here.

Just a pizza place. Not much space to dine in so you will need to take away. It is open late so good place for a late night feed

Horrible staff. They also put the price up on their '$5 value pizza' so you can now expect to pay $5.90 for an even worse pizza and horrible customer service. Know to overcharge people and have undercooked bases. Would 100% NOT RECOMMEND! You're better off going to Domino's which is literally 500m away. Appalled service.

Love the tropical vege pizza but sometimes cant find any pineapple pieces and cheese on some pieces

Useless, pizza never ready on time and I had hair in my pizza and they refused to replace it.

Please consider other options as this pizzahut is the worse ive been to.

Bought 2 boxes of pizza with rotten ham in it. Told the person at the store who said sorry but didnt want to investigate further. Dodgy dodgy food prep.
