Pizza Hut Royal Oak

Very pleased with customer sevice, pizza had plenty of topping.
We didn't order, just picked up only had a 10 minute wait at busy time.

Service is SO slow.
The first few times I used them they were much quicker than the branch I used before, but have really slowed down since. Always short staffed especially on the nights when you'd expect it to be busier.

Last night I had to go back and complain that they had given me fries instead of onion rings, they said they didn't have any onion rings so gave fries instead. A heads up would have been nice.

Lots of people complaining, I went in at 7 and there were around 8 people in there waiting.

Sometimes the pizza looks like it was just thrown together, so slow service and poor presentation.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Service was also great. Nice pizza at pizza hut royal oak.

Below average pizza and service. First of all, the pizza wasn't cut evenly - a bit of a hassle especially when you want to share it. Then there's the stingy sprinkle of chicken pieces. Count how many slices have no chicken on them. Not the best Pizza Hut out there.

I ordered on line. The pizza arrived stone cold even though I'm 5mins from the store. It was tasteless with minimal topping. I called to complain the person who answered was deliberately evasive telling me I didn't get a delivery from their store. Hello email clearly said I did. At no time did he offer to replace when I said it's money wasted its inedible. Said no we will not replace with a fresh delivery. Shocking customer service and I will never get pizza hut again! Please train your staff properly in how to answer a phone call, I had to ask him to repeat everything he said as garbled and inconsistent nonsense in the hope I would give up!

Lousy service, won't take phone orders when web site down. The manager is extremely rude an nerds to go bac to primary lessons in public relations

It says they open at 10 am but this is the second time we're i had to wait outside for an hour so they could open. They should just write open at 11am and stop deceiving people. Worst experience ever how can you do the same mistake 2 times

Placed an order for specific time they hadn't even started cooking it when arrived. Not busy at all and no urgency or apology. Didn't seem to care at all.

Couldn't even understand any staff member who took the phone.not being rasict at all, but English I feel is a must.

Great Pizzas but somebody could really do with lessons in how to cut a pizza.like seriously it can't be that hard to cut fairly symmetrically and the whole way through the crust

Adding the date as reference so the management know 28/11/2020. Whosever making the dough, base is coming out very delicious and crunchy. Top class

As I normally order pizzas online, I will only comment on my experience regarding pick-up.

The staff are attentive and courteous, especially a Kiwi girl who checks on the contents in the box against the docket before bringing the pizzas to me.

I had never encountered any error on the past but I thought it was a good gesture.

The staff there are very good in general.

Product quality-wise, you get what you paid for and it's goooood.

I have taken away 3 times Deluxe range pizzas in last couple of weeks. Although it’s call Deluxe and has a Deluxe price tag, the pizza is average!
I love Pizza Hut but this shop don’t do a good job! The base is always hard and chewy. The cheesey feel is always missing. Many times it is over baked. Although I never had to wait for pick up and my order was ready on the dot that May because now there are not many customers and if this shop continues to do the substandard job, I am sure there will be further less customers. I will not buy again from this store!

Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after the requested time. Store full of people waiting for their order, some over half an hour late.

Save the hassle and order from dominoes, waited for two hours and called 3 times.not on Pizza Hut. Will not be coming back we order every week

A huge fan of pizza hut but A BIG “NO” To that pizza store anyone going there must dont get anything microvaved as they kept out lava cake microwaved for 8 minutes and till it was cold as it just came out of fridge when we went to tell them about that we are only told to get refund in 2-3 working days dont knw if the women working there is having some sort of customer service problem she really dont know how to smile at a customer

Really disappointed by pizza hut royal oaks

Next time you thinking about takeaway pizza from Pizza Hut, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the supermarket and get frozen pizzas. It will cost less and the quality will be 100 times better. Large was more like the 5 dollar lunch offer size. Stuffed crust was only stuffed on half the pizza. Dough so tough they couldnt cut through it so we had to attack it with our own knives. Looks like they just want us to go to their competitors instead. Pick up your game Pizza Hut

I always ordered my pizza from Pizza Hut royal oak for my lunch, Pizza is average but the base is quite different then other Pizza Hut. But still good place to go for

Waited over 2hrs for our food! Numerous phone calls and lies by the manager saying it was on it's way when it wasn't. Was promised a refund, never got that either. Will not be ordering from pizza hut RO ever again. The worst service and manager. Delivery driver was nice but was told to be careful as we are angry people! Off to Dominos for our family pizzas from now on.
