Two weeks ago had a vist from male European Point property manager, thought he was Electricen come to look at stove been waiting close to one month to get fixed, open door he informed me he was landlord very polite until I mentioned the stove THE CHANGE in HIS attitude was like something you had to see to believe TOTALLY lost it treated me with 14 day eviction and threatened me with the police after I said he was a useless property manager? Got my phone to record him didn't like that i recorded him, That was 2weeks ago almost 2 months without a stove been using a electric frying pan to do me and my son's cooking JUST LIKE TO WISH THE TEAM AT POINT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT A AWESOME CHRISTMAS ENJOY YOUR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Sharon Lu of Point Property Management is an incredible manager. One of the best I’ve ever had. Very responsive and great attention to detail. Gets things done quickly and efficiently without messing around.

Worst property managers and poor coordination between Point Property & their Maintenance contractors, Accounts team, etc. Tenants are shitt for them. They don't care.

Been reading the one star reviews. Our home is an older style 60s house comfortable and warm though… we’ve had a few issues with the premises because of age ect but that’s to be expected. As previous property owners and being a landlord myself it’s to be expected. We Had an issue where we had no hot water (this was found out in the morning) made contact with the property manager by the time I got back from work at 6pm the hot water was running again all in less than several hours. To get an electrician out that quick same day takes some doing. As with previous issues same, quickly sorted. Big ups to PPM. Thanks Robbie you do an awesome job. Big thank you from us.

Flat out to refund us over $2,000 for a rental booked in Queenstown 2020 even though the entire country went to into a lock down and we were unable to travel as imposed by the literal government. Feels like stealing to me, would love to know your thoughts:)

I am a almost four year tenant in one of the properties PPM has been managing in Mount Eden. There are up and down during our four years, but perhaps best thing happens for us is when Sharon Lu took over from previous property managers. She has good attention to details, actively response to tenant's requests while being a brilliant coordinator with landlord and tradies when it comes to maintenance. She made our lives much easier and feel heard. Thanks again, Sharon!

We are happy with what we got from PPM service and looking forward to committing for the time to come.

Rebecca and Sharon, my Point Property Management agents, over many years have looked after my apartment extremely well. Being an overseas owner I have put my trust in them and have not been let down. They have found good tenants and have carried out regular inspections. Any work required to be done has been arranged quickly and at reasonable cost. They have been very responsive in our communications. I would recommend their services.

Employing Robbie Chainowitz, look out if you ever get this guy as a property manager!
See my review on Inspire Property Management! I now own multiple houses, after my last and only worst experience renting, I wouldn't trust him with my rubbish bin!

The worst property management company that treats people like animals! These guys don't care about people who are trying to live and are so disrespectful! You guys deserve to be taken to court and charged for the disgusting way you treat clients. Point like to make up things as they go and not stick to the contract or the tenancy law.

If you are a property owner then beware - as these guys will drive people out of your home and you'll be out of pocket switching between tenants.

Point Property have managed our investment property since 2015. They have always been extremely professional.
We receive regular communication on the property, and any maintenance issues are brought to our attention swiftly and managed well.
They always hold the tenants well being in high regard as do we, which is fantastic.
They provide expert advice and are a great friendly team.

Do not whatever you do use this agency! If only you could give zero stars! Read all the reviews and you will see a trend. This company are unprofessional and unethical. I took this company to Tribunal and have been awarded over 5k to be paid immediately for poor management of my rental but I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for the money. Very shoddy management company.
10 months in and still getting excuses.
Louis the owner is the most arrogant person I have dealt with.
Unfortunately for her tenancy services gave her a big slap on the wrists.
She is a liar and tries to fabricate stories.

Leigh was very easy to deal with, honest and direct.

My home sold after only 2 days with multiple offers and settled yesterday without any problems.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.
When requesting for the bond refund we were advised it will take 8 weeks, when the tenancy services said 2. We agreed, but when we got back in touch for an update, the agent Anita Harris told us that she had already submitted it. Couple days later she emails us back asking for another signed bond form as she couldn’t find the one we had sent earlier, and she had supposedly already submitted.

Very unresponsive to calls and emails, and they have no respect for tenants. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Terrible Property management system, we need to daily follow up on house issues Janet does no response to emails or calls, no solutions to issues presented on rental properties, no respect for tenants.

Firstly all the 'so-called' 5 star reviews here are totally fake as.
We had a very disappointing end to renting with Point Property. This used to be called 'Allen Reality' however a lot of the previous staff (who were more efficient, trust worthy and friendly had left or moved on) we had gone through over 4 x property managers in our time here and found point property to be rather incompetent in handling various issues at our rental property. Wanting tenants to be available at inconvienient times to sort problems out, keep putting the rents up etc and taking too long to sort out problems. Be careful when speaking to a louise Tanners as she is rude, arrogant and not fit worthy to be a 'property manager' also will hang up the phone call on you and suddenly say 'she is out of da office'. Many other decent rental agencies to rent from - our advice would beavoid this outfit at all costs.
In fact some mates advised us to avoid this outfit but alas we didn't listen: - (

On the up side of things there was one or two staff whom were great and were most helpful but sadly the 'horse had already bolted' and the damage had been done by the rude louise tanners. Well done Louise you just ruined and damaged a 4year tenancy agreement in 2-3min conversation with you hanging up on me and avoiding me calls you arrogant fool.
