Downgraded from 2 to 1 stars. 7 months after last using them and requesting my card details be removed, I have been charged on 20 Dec $109 for a clean I have not booked. Emailed them and I never got a response but they eventually reversed. Was very annoyed they never deleted by card details, which I feel is a privacy breach.

Cleaners vaped inside my house when I had a 6 month old baby. Would not recommend. Very poor communication from the admin team, below average house cleaning (the cleaners don’t seem to be aware of the cleaning list they advertise to customers) and also several no-shows and last minute cancellations.
My old cleaner retired so I was looking for a new regular cleaner, I booked them for 3 times to trial them. I have a small baby so try to plan in advance. They cancelled on the day or the day before 2 out of the 3 times. One of the times they moved the time from 10am to 2pm and tell me the day before. At the new time I was waiting for 30 mins and the cleaner didn’t show up, I called them and they told me the cleaner wasn’t coming so moved to the next day. The cleaner arrived over an hour late the next day and refused to do the cleaning on their list they marketed (changing linen). I think they hadn’t communicated what’s included in the clean. Took about 1 hour of phone calls to sort, they had to come back and redo the clean, arriving an hour late again.
Overall wasted 3 days of mine, had to cancel my plans and they don’t respect your time. Not worth the effort.

WORST CARPET CLEANING! We hired them for a move out clean and carpet shampoo. When we moved out, the carpet needed shampooing per rental agreement. There were no obvious stains. After the 72 hour policy window for any complaints, the carpet was still wet, and smelled VERY musty.
The off-white carpet had a LARGE, NEW rusty stain in the lounge, as if it had been cleaned with dirty water. It smelled of it as well. I tried calling to discuss this, and got transferred to a disconnected number. I tried to call back immediately after, and was unable to speak to anyone, so I left a message. I called the following 2 days, left messages, with no call back.
I emailed, but due to the 72 hour window policy, this company is taking ZERO responsibility and isn't offering a refund or to reshampoo, not just the lounge but the WHOLE HOUSE.
On inspection by our previous landlord, all the rooms had remaining dog hair fluffed up EVERYWHERE. It was like they didn't even vacuum.
So now we are stuck paying to clean the whole house AGAIN, and may also have to pay to get the carpet replaced in the lounge.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do, and have any issues, you will not get any support or communication from them.
The girls did a fantastic job they were friendly and very thorough and I would love to have the same to girls back next time
If I could give this company a 0 star rating, I would. The service provided was absolutely disgraceful. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times before anyone showed up. The cleaners spent the majority of their time arguing on the phone about who should clean what, the language they used was inappropriate, they had personal conversations for the duration of the clean and once completed, the house was “cleaned” to a very poor standard. The company has failed any attempt to rectify this despite multiple complaints. I do not recommend this company.
We booked a cleaner for 2 hours for a clean at our home. We have a tiny house which consists of a bathroom a bedroom and a small kitchen dining area. The cleaner vacuumed, wiped a few surfaces and tidied our desks which we didn’t as her to do. Our toilet wasn’t done, most of the dusting wasn’t done, most areas of the house weren’t wiped down, and the vacuuming wasn’t even done very well. 15 minutes before the clean was done they called to say she needed longer and quickly charged us extra money even though she didn’t spend any extra time here. By the amount that had been done I highly doubt she spent most of the time cleaning. Now we have a lot more work to do.
First of all, I would like to thank the admin team for their efforts to find me, at the last minute, a team of cleaners. Although the cleaning team was inexperienced and did a standard clean, instead of the deep clean I paid for, did not have a clue how to make a bed, left the windows streaky and didn't stop shouting to each other in a foreign language the whole time they they were there, they tried their best and were willing to learn. They did a great job of cleaning the wooden floors.
Would never use this company again they over charge under deliver and simply are unprofessional
Avoid this cleaning company! The communication was quick and we’ll managed, but that’s all that was good. We paid $350 for a clean and the workmanship was terrible - the cleaner clearly does not want to do the job. They have a ‘list’ they work too but most of the items on the list was missed - basic areas on there were not even cleaned at all and what was cleaned was poorly done. They came back today to redo it - but all they’ve done is vacuumed half the house and wiped a few surfaces. Don’t waste your money!
Great company. From the booking at reception, to the communication of the cleaners. Did as they said they would, and were a friendly entity to interact with through out. I appreciate the service
They were on time and incredibly thorough. Effective enough though it took them a little longer than I thought.
No attention to detail, wasn’t just a few things literally every room had multiple areas that needed touch ups. Spent another 2 hours of own time cleaning to have it ready for flat inspection. Defeated the point of having professional cleaners to do end of lease clean. Waste of money! Waste of time!
I was thrilled by the Spring Clean at my unit, done by ALEK, who was excellent and went the extra mile. Detailed attention to skirting boards, door tops, tricky corners plus a very conscientious, thorough approach.was much appreciated. The place looks fabulous. Definitely recommend this person. S.
Very impressed with the cleaner you sent to us. She did an amazing job cleaning from top to toe after a very messy tenant. Would highly recommend.
Turned up late for a 4 hr clean and tried to leave after 1 hr when basic stuff hasn't been done. They had the bare minimal equipment, had to use out own vaccum cleaner. After they left i then had to go clean the room again and wioe the residue of Jiff off the wall.
I would warn against hiring this company.
I highly recommend Premium Cleaning Services, they helped me out a very short notice and did an amazing clean and helped identify a particular issue that was causing some of the problems which can now be addressed, On time, professional and friendly, did a superior clean will definitely use their services again

Used Premium Clean for a move-out clean on my old flat - such a load off my mind, and they did an incredible job. Highly recommended to make moving a little less stressful!
I rang and organised a bespoke clean for a 2 bedroom rental unit which had been recently been renovated so only a few things needed to be done. I asked for 7 windows to be cleaned inside and outside, x3 light fittings in the ceiling to be cleaned, the bathroom, x1 kitchen pantry to be cleaned the floors to be vacuumed as new carpet had been laid and the kitchen bathroom floor be mopped. The pantry was not cleaned at all.the bathroom was not cleaned and neither was the light fitting in the bedroom. I complained to the company who debited my account of the more than $300 they charged me but said they would send someone back to fix it. So due to work pressure I had to wait another week to get further cleaners in to do the job that should have been done in the first place. The second cleaners did a better job but I would not call it good quality. Don't use this company as they don't a good job and you will end up having to complain and get it done again. Also the first cleaner suggested that in the future if I wanted any further cleaning done I should contact him privately and by pass the company all together which just didn't seem very professional to me. All in all a sloppy service from a second rate company
Our landlord was thrilled with the high standard of cleanliness that our Auckland rental was left in. We left the day before and therefore left our trust in Premium Cleaning Services. They did a fabulous job.
