Premium Cleaning Services

We had a 2 hour clean done by Premium Clean and they managed to cover a huge amount in this time to a really high standard, we were really impressed and would recommend.

We highly recommend this cleaning service. Tara our cleaner is friendly and approachable and does a thorough cleaning job. We highly recommend her and the company. The company has a easy booking service and is prompt with customer service if we had any questions.

I'd give it 4.5 star, but that's not possible. The cleaning itself was pretty good, Vikram managed to clean all the little things in 3 bdrm house, paying a lot of attention to details. There are a couple minor bits could be cleaned as well, but nothing really serious. The upholstery cleaning was made promptly and with the high quality. Support team is responsive and gets back to you asap.
There are a couple things I'd suggest improving - the process was a bit confusing, as it wasn't mentioned upholstery and general cleaning are 2 different appointments with 2 different people, and then they also had to reschedule the cleaning due to some emergency, so I had to worry about fitting it all into a busy agenda, while the service itself is a bit pricey.

Terrible experience, they tell u wont charge u straight away but they do and dont deliver what they service. I would not give them even half a star.

Fanastic service, great communication and professional staff. First time I have used a company to clean my couches but definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

Do not recommend the Wellington branch of this organisation. Twice in a row when meant to have been turning up, they have not (after taking my payment of course). Extremely frustrating moving everything out ready to have them clean and then have to put everything back. Was also lied to as was told unable to make it due to "an emergency" then was called back by someone else who stated it was due to a earlier clean taking longer than expected. Not good enough.
Additionally, bad reviews are not shown on their own website.

Premium Cleaning Services did a great job, definitely above and beyond what I had expectations of them doing.
I'd absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Friendly service and punctual.
The job they did on tidying my kids room was awesome!

These are the most unprofessional lot I have ever used. Their website promotes an image that is all false. My experience with this company brought me to tears. I spent over $400 to have my place cleaned. They don't have any specialized items or cleaning solutions. They came in a little car that looks like it was brought from the 5th hand shop. When they left I still had cobwebs on walls, smudges all over the windows, kitchen top and mirrors. Dirty in many corners. The manager was in touch with me during inquiry. But when I called to speak to her to complain I was told to call their support line. Don't use this crowd.you have been warned.

Got my first regular clean and was happy with the thorough job completed. Will keep using Premium Clean on an ongoing basis.

I had my carpets cleaned, I have had 3 different companies and this was by far the best clean. I have kids and dogs. Carpets smells amazing and just feels really clean. Lady that did the job was amazing and I would highly recommend her. Will be definitely booking in again. Thanks again

Carpets and windows were looking really dusty and mouldy, but these guys did an awesome job and even scrubbed out the inside of cupboards. Bathroom floor and wall had dreadful mould but looked clean and hygienic when they were done. Great job!

My first clean was this week and very happy with results. My cleaner was polite, asked me what I wanted done and proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner. Accepted my next booking confirmation without hesitation. Communication with the company is good with regular emails arriving. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Absolutely useless. Took payment for end-tenancy clean then did nothing. The cleaning crew called me a few days later complaining that they couldn't clean my apartment as they hadn't been paid for a job months ago that had nothing to do with me. I told them that I had paid for the apartment to be cleaned and I would like the apartment to be cleaned. The company interpreted this as my refusing for the apartment to be cleaned. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Got the bond back 2nd time by getting the move out cleaning & carpet shampoo done my Premium Clean team. Well done guys, keep it up and I highly recommend it.
