Lovely service. I can’t see the bump at all after the repair. They made my car brand new including complimentary car cleaning service and wet look tyre cleaning. Loved it.

We had taken our vehicle here last year for insurance purposes and we were thoroughly impressed with their work and fast handling that we thought we'd try them and ask if they could fit some parts that we had purchased. We stopped in this morning and had a brief conversation with Rob about what we were after and him and another colleague kindly fitted the parts for us doing another amazing job. Hubby is very happy with his father's day gift in turn I am very happy. Thank you guys so much Rob and R J Don team we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!

I honestly can't recommend RJ Don enough.

I recently bought an old Land Cruiser which needed some work to restore. I had multiple people recommend R J Don to me, which was awesome so I went down to see Rob and put together a quote.

Rob took his time looking over every detail of the car and built a really thorough quote for me and advised me on various other things I had not considered.

I moved forwards with the quote and they got the work underway very soon afterwards. The experience when they had the car was also brilliant - Rob was messaging me with updates, calling me with questions to make sure it was exactly how I wanted, and then got me to pop into the shop to sign off that I was happy with the colour that they had mixed. They'd managed to retrieve and recreate the exact original colour. From there Rob kept me posted with pictures.

All of the above is enough to warrant an exceptional review.but the first time I saw the car once Rob called me in to collect it I was blown away. My expectations were high, but wow did they go above and beyond and blow my expectations out the water.

I am ecstatic about the result on the car and could not recommend them enough. The work on the car itself is A+ but also the service provided by Rob and team is next level.

I think something that really makes these guys stand out is the passion they have for their work. You can tell that they put their heart into every job they do, you can see that they are equally excited about how the car is looking, you can tell that they want to leave customers smiling.

Whilst I hope I don't ever need to go back to get any touch ups any time soon, if I do there is no place else I would go.

I was introduced to RJ Don through my insurer after a minor scrape with a post. Rob and the team helped assess the options including an option which didn’t require an insurance claim and loss of my no claims bonus. 10 mins - the job was done at no cost and I was returned a clean gleaming car. Beyond disappointed in this company. My brand new 2022 car (which we worked very hard to buy for our 3 kids) was crashed into by a drunk driver. Very long story short, on 3 occasions this company has signed my car of as completely repaired and safe to drive with my 3 young children! Not only have they returned it every time as fixed and safe to drive? Even after the 3rd time In which this time I asked them to pick up and drop it off as I was busy at work, you would have thought they heard the terrible noise it was making? But they failed to find the original issue in the first place, which means instead of it taking 1-2 months to fix I'm now almost 5 months with no car to drive. My insurance has proven it was their human era alongside hillside automotive but I've not even received a simple apology. A simple phone call to say hey sorry we mucked up; we have left yourself and 3 young kids with no car or driving a clearly not fixed car to drive. I've had several more communication issues with this company, including thinking my car was finally fixed after receiving a txt to say it will be ready Friday, lucky I called them on Friday before turning up because no one thought to call me before Friday to tell me they had missed MORE issues and they would take 3-4 weeks more to fix. Rj dons you I NEVER normally leave reviews or complain but my mechanic picked the issue up within an hour! You have caused me so much stress. Phone call after phone call and not even a sorry.

Great job on my 2015 Forester! Looks like new again. Good communication too - kept me informed on progress and even did a valet of the vehicle before I got it back. Most impressed.

Wow, what a lovely, friendly and professional team. One of the best panel beaters ever. They just tighten my bumper mud flags in 5 mins with free charge which I didn’t expected. Love them and definitely would like to recommend them to all of you.

Went in to get my car ready to sell. They gave me an honest appraisal of the repair and some excellent advice on how best to showcase my car on the second-hand market.

We have been taking our cars to RJ Don for a number of years now and their service and workmanship is five star. They always go the extra mile in terms of customer service. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Randomly took my car to RJ Don as I had accidentally damaged my driver side door while reversing. The door had stopped opening fully and would only half open. I was mentally preparing myself to get ripped off as it has happened to me a few times in the past. Robert took one look at it and fixed it within a minute while I was still there. Best of all he did that for free- I mean who does that! I cant praise him enough for his honesty and customer service. These guys are definitely not here to just do business- they genuinely care about the customer and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with an honest business. Thank you so much!

Very easy process. Went in and got a quote straight away (very good price) and promptly booked car in. They gave me a courtesy car for 2 days no hassle and the work they did looks excellent! They even cleaned the interior of my car - nice touch! Will use them again and highly recommend to others. Everyone there is lovely and polite!
