I strongly recommend this company. Because I received this company's service 3 times this June and July.

Fantastic service, capable staff and great communication, came in with a small problem, Rob found time to help me out then and there despite having a full yard, and was incredibly reasonable about the job. Will definitely come back for any future work. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic job. Really fast. Booked me in straight away. Gave me an awesome little courtesy car to drive around in at a fraction of the cost of a rental car. Even cleaned my car for me and it was a mess when i took it in. Pleasant surprise. Thanks RJ Dons, will refer all my friends.

For repair took 1 week which is not bad. Happy with the service and staff.
Loosing 1 start for providing really old 2001 model courtesy car and charging $25 for the courtesy car? I have been to other places before and never got charged for courtesy car.

I am saddened to be rating the quality of the repair only a 1.1 star goes to the manager who is brilliant, he has helped as much as he could (even did some work himself) however I believe some of their staff is lacking experience/attention to detail. My car was practiced on by a panel beater of questionable experience, who has triggered a domino affect of things going wrong. Multiple visits and 'touch up' jobs have been carried out to no satisfactory result. Abstractly speaking, more has been broken than fixed. Missing clips, crooked bonnet, scratches, paint/dirt inside the car, paint fade, broken water spray hoses - being late to work, no lunches etc? Basically a lack of attention to detail as well as possibly a rushed insurance job. Multiple opportunities have been given to make things right, however I have ran out of time, patience and energy and must say I have simply given up. Advice for the future - Make sure that your car gets worked on by a qualified and experienced professional if things such as a damaged bonnet is involved, or inspect every inch of the paint job after completion. Lots of time wasted on a low quality repair. Again, great management/service however poor quality repair job.

These are the best panel and paint shop on the shore. Your comes back repaired properly with the paint matching properly and spotlessly clean inside and out. I couldnt recommend them more highly. Thanks Rob and your team again
